“So Rowen has completed the mission!” Vice Admiral Momonga sighed and tossed the newspaper onto the nearby table.
On the front page, in the middle of a huge panel, the photo of the newly appointed Shichibukai Sai shaking hands with Rowen was so clear that it was almost blinding.
Vice Admiral Momonga was also one of those who initially opposed the Shichibukai system, but with power determining everything, he had no right to refuse the government’s decision, especially as just a Vice Admiral.

This meeting was convened by King Ramen immediately after Rowen made the request. All eight pillars of the Kano Country’s main fighting force gathered together, and Chinjao, who had retired from the martial world, was reluctantly invited by King Ramen.
