Boom Boom!! Boom Boom Boom!!!
The sky roared, and the earth groaned as Tenraku and Sairaorg were still fiercely locked in the most primitive form of combat.
Tenraku’s fist struck Sairaorg’s face, knocking out a few of his teeth. In retaliation, Sairaorg punched Tenraku’s abdomen, causing the armor to shatter as he coughed up blood.
Tenraku followed up with an elbow strike, sending Sairaorg flying deep into the ground. But as Sairaorg shot back up, he collided with Tenraku, launching him into the sky nearly a thousand meters high.
Tenraku activated the Forbidden Move, “Unlimited Blade Works,” unleashing thousands of Holy Swords and Demonic Swords that rained down like a torrential shower on Sairaorg’s head, causing the entire ground to explode.
However, Sairaorg unleashed his Battle Energy, shredding all the Holy Swords and Demonic Swords that approached him into pieces!
With one hand raised, Tenraku immediately used the Forbidden Move of the “【Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi – Heavenly Sword of Gathering Clouds】 Forbidden Move 【Cloud of Swords Fall from Heaven】” and a massive purple sword light descended, but Sairaorg, standing firm with clenched fists and a resounding shout, resisted the attack!
Seeing Sairaorg standing proudly amidst the ruins, Tenraku became so excited that he was almost on the verge of tears.
Just as Tenraku was ready to continue enjoying his intense battle with Sairaorg, the voice of the host suddenly echoed in the air—
“Two of Tenraku-Sama’s Pawns, leave the battlefield!”
“One of Tenraku-Sama’s Pawns, leave the battlefield!”
From the start of the battle until now, which hadn’t even been half an hour, Tenraku had repeatedly heard the news of his Pawns being removed from the field. If Tenraku recalled correctly, this was already the seventh time, right?
Although Tenraku knew that Marion and her group couldn’t possibly match up against Regulus, it seemed like they were losing too quickly. He turned his gaze towards the battlefield on the other side, and his expression instantly changed.
“Kamiya Tenraku, where are you looking?!” Sairaorg’s voice came as a punch shot up into the sky, connecting with Tenraku’s body.
With a deafening boom, Tenraku crashed into the ground like a meteor, leaving a deep crater. Sairaorg, then stepping down, seemed to use the “Moon Step,” as he shoot down towards Tenraku again.
“Shadow Lock!”
Feeling the danger to his Peerage, Tenraku anxiously initiated the ability of “Shield of the Dark Night – Night Reflection.” Several dark chains immediately shot out from Sairaorg’s shadow, wrapping around him.
“HāHāHā… this thing can’t restrain me!” With a hearty laugh, Sairaorg’s arms trembled, and the chains made of shadows instantly snapped.
“What about this one!” With a cold snort, Tenraku activated the ability of “Demonic Beast Creation – Annihilation Maker” and a mass of darkness spread beneath Tenraku’s feet, and then a massive scarlet Nine-Tailed Fox materialized and burst free.
“Hǒǒǒuuu!!!”
Nine fiery red tails swayed and danced as the colossal fox exuded a fierce aura, roaring toward the sky.
“Stop him!”
Issuing an order to the Nine-Tailed Fox, Tenraku quickly flew towards the other side of the battlefield…
“Ah…ahhh…”
Seated in a pool of blood, Shuriya was left speechless. She gazed at the massive lion not far in front of her, her face pale with profound fear.
Growling softly, the giant lion curled its lips into a cruelly human-like smile. The jade jewel on its forehead radiated light, and then a massive scarlet beam shot toward the girl.
I’m going to die!
Consumed by fear in body and soul, Shuriya’s mind was left with just one thought.
Boom Boom Boom!!!
A violent explosion followed and amid the gasps of countless spectators, the scarlet beam tore open a massive trench on the ground, stretching almost a kilometer long.
“Are you alright, Shuriya?”
Hovering in the air, Tenraku quickly healed Shuriya’s injuries.
Though Tenraku’s tone was calm, his eyes gleamed with a deep intent to kill. If he had arrived a moment later, Shuriya would have already died!
“Wū wū wū… Tenraku-Sama!”
“Ni and Li nearly died, Marion, Burent, and Mira were seriously injured too, wū wū wū…”
As if having experienced a terrifying ordeal, Shuriya trembled all over, tears streaming down her face as she clung tightly to Tenraku. The lion was too powerful, its level already crushing them. Moreover, it wasn’t competing against them; it was mercilessly slaughtering them!
“It’s alright now, everything’s fine…”
“You should go rest for now, leave the rest to me.”
Gently brushing against the girl’s cheek, Tenraku reassured her softly and then used his royal authority to send Shuriya out of the dimensional space.
Once the girl had left, Tenraku’s expression immediately turned cold.
“It seems you quite enjoy slaughter…”
Locking his gaze onto the Golden Lion on the ground, Tenraku seemed to sigh before a smile appeared on his face.
With a twisted grin, he bared his sharp fangs. Although the lion didn’t say anything, Tenraku understood the provocation in its eyes. It was waiting for Tenraku to engage in a battle of tearing and killing.
So, let’s fulfill its wish!
Almost teleporting to the lion’s side, Tenraku’s fist crashed onto the lion’s head.
Boom Long!!!
The massive head was almost crushed and deformed by Tenraku’s punch. The lion wailed in pain, took a few steps back, and then opened its large mouth, letting out a mighty roar.
“Hǒǒǒuuu!!!”
The tremendous sound waves set the air in motion. If it were an ordinary person, they would have been shaken to death on the spot. But Tenraku stood before the lion, completely unaffected, nonchalantly scratching his ear.
“So, this is the ‘Lion’s Roar Merit’? It doesn’t seem that impressive. Let me show you mine.”
With a cold smile, Tenraku, beneath his armor, took a deep breath and then bellowed:
“Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!”
Empowered by Spirit Power, Tenraku’s voice was amplified by not just thousands, but countless times. The horn-like sound waves were even visible to the naked eye. The ground that was struck continuously exploded, and the lion in the forefront of it all was left dizzy and reeling.
“Do you know? I’m extremely angry right now.”
“There is only one person who can bully my beloved Peerage and that person is me. How dare you harbor thoughts of killing them? Who gave you the audacity!”
With clenched iron fists, Tenraku’s blows rained down upon the lion’s body like a shower.
The lion, an incarnation of the Longinus, fought and killed by instinct alone. It wasn’t at fault, and Tenraku understood that.
But so what?
He had bullied his Peerage and almost killed them. Regardless of whether it was a Longinus or a Lion King, it would pay the price!
The lion resisted, and Tenraku’s fist knocked it down! The lion roared in anger, and Tenraku’s fist knocked it down! The lion struggled, and Tenraku’s fist knocked it down!
Tenraku didn’t even know how many punches he had thrown, probably close to a hundred thousand, if not more. If it were an ordinary lion, it would have exploded from the pummeling.

Tenraku paid it no mind. He grabbed the lion’s tail and lifted its body, then spun it a few times before tossing it several hundred meters high into the air.
After delivering countless punches earlier, now it was time for some energy blasts!
With a single-handed push, countless energy spheres shot out from between Tenraku’s palms, booming and exploding in the air, turning the lion into a spectacle.
As the lion fell back to the ground, not only had its shape changed, even its once Golden and majestic fur had turned charred and blackened, appearing pitiful.
However, the enemy’s atrocities didn’t make the lion yield. On the contrary, it further stirred up its ferocity. Shaking and struggling, it stood up, the jade jewel on its forehead radiant as it prepared to unleash a Lion King’s ruin cannon upon Tenraku.
But Tenraku didn’t give it the chance. Flashing before the lion, he grabbed hold of the jade jewel on its forehead.
“Divided! Divided! Divided!”
Under the White Dragon Emperor’s ability, the lion’s strength continuously weakened and was reduced to a fraction. The jade jewel on its forehead dimmed, and then the lion, weakened all over, let out a feeble cry as it collapsed to the ground.
“The ‘Battle Axe of the Lion King – Regulus Nemea,’ the so-called Tools that Destroy God – Longinus, is nothing more than this.”
Tenraku spread his five fingers with a sarcastic smile on his face and instantly, a colossal scarlet energy sphere formed in his hand.
“Die…”
With a bloodthirsty and ruthless demeanor, Tenraku grabbed the lion’s head and forced the energy sphere into its mouth.
