Upon witnessing the Destron Gas being cleared in the Saiyan Capital, Dr. Lychee roared in anger.
However, he quickly regained his composure.
“No matter, even if Destron Gas is ineffective, it doesn’t matter. As long as I have Hatchiyack, the Saiyans will meet their end!”
Meanwhile, on Planet Vegeta, after temporarily saving the Saiyan capital, everyone returned to the palace to assess the current situation.

And without a doubt, the mastermind of this incident was right above them!

In the Saiyan palace, upon learning that Goku and the others were heading to the Dark Planet, Bardock had no choice but to entrust everything to them.
Because he knew very well that Goku and others had far surpassed him.
“Let’s go, everyone. We’ve relied on Big Brother Lin Chen to resolve crises for a long time. Now that he is not here, it’s up to us Saiyans to protect our peace!”

Moments later, the same six people from before arrived on the Dark Planet in an instant.
The Dark Planet was actually smaller in size than the moon, and the true form of darkness on the planet was the Destron Gas.
Their spacecraft easily broke through the Destron Gas and landed on the desolate planet.
There was nothing on this planet except for a conspicuous castle. Shortly after landing, the group headed directly towards the castle.
“This castle is really huge!”
“Kakarot, let’s split up and call everyone using our energy when we find the target!”
With that said, Vegeta was the first to charge into the castle, and the others followed suit.
Rather than calling it a castle, this structure was more like a high-tech fortress.
Yet, there was not a single soul in the fortress, only combat robots with power levels in the mere thousands, barely qualifying as cannon fodder.
After only a short while of searching separately, Lin Luo and Taro had already lost patience.
“Big brother, since this is a castle, the leader must be hiding in the deepest part. Let’s head straight for the core!”
Lin Luo asked, “How do you plan to reach the core?”
“It’s simple. Watch me!”
Taro smiled faintly and immediately transformed into Legendary Super Saiyan before ramming into the nearby wall.
“See? Isn’t it simple?” Taro laughed and flew into the wall.
“Taro, wait!” Lin Luo shouted and followed suit.
Before long, the two brothers entered an open space.
The ground here was covered in crystalline spheres resembling insect eggs, but the mastermind was still nowhere to be found.
“Why is there no one here?” Taro wondered.
Lin Luo surveyed the area and realized that this place seems to have special devices. Within those crystal spheres were shadowy figures.
Lin Luo asked, “Brother, what are these?”
Taro looked at one of the crystal spheres, and suddenly, the sound of a person screaming in agony emerged from the sphere, startling him.
“Wow! Brother, Frieza is actually imprisoned in here!”
“What?”
Before Lin Luo could react, a sudden laugh echoed.
“Hahaha, Saiyans, I have to commend you for finding this! I should truly praise you!”
Following the unexpected voice, the crystal spheres around them started glowing, as if something within was burning.
Shortly after, a strange-looking old man appeared before them, sitting cross-legged in midair.
“You are the mastermind behind the attack on Planet Vegeta?” Lin Luo questioned.
“That’s right.” Dr. Lychee answered with a cold smile.
Without hesitation, Lin Luo unleashed his aura to its fullest, his Super Saiyan 2 power spreading rapidly across the planet.
A few seconds later, loud bangs resounded as Goku and the others broke through the walls, rushing in from all directions.
“Lin Luo, are you alright?”
“Uncle Goku, this old man is the mastermind!”
“So, it’s him?”
Vegeta landed in front of Dr. Lychee and asked, “You’re a Tuffle?”
“That’s right, I am Dr. Lychee, the greatest scientist among the Tuffles!” Dr. Lychee introduced himself, his gaze suddenly fixed on Vegeta.
“Saiyan, are you perhaps a member of the Saiyan royal family? Descendant of King Vegeta?”
“Correct, I am Vegeta, the descendant of the first King Vegeta, Vegeta IV!”
“I knew it!” Dr. Lychee’s face twisted with anger. He pointed a finger filled with resentment at Vegeta.
“Your ancestor, King Vegeta, repaid kindness with enmity, slaughtering countless Tuffles. I will use your life to settle this grudge!”
“Hmph! If you’ve got the guts, bring it on!” Vegeta raised his hand and his aura erupted out as he transformed into Super Saiyan 2.
At that moment, an eerie light illuminated the scene.
Strange lights flickered within the crystal spheres all around, resembling ghostly flames. Dr. Lychee raised his hands, speaking to himself, as if conversing with the crystal spheres around him.
“Everyone, the long-awaited Saiyan extermination plan is finally reaching its climax! Turn your grievances into the power for revenge against the Saiyans!”
“The Saiyan extermination plan? Dr. Lychee, what are you talking about?” Goku asked, puzzled.
“Hmph! Before your Saiyan race goes extinct, I want you to die with full clarity! Speaking of which, this goes back a long time ago!”
Dr. Lychee slowly explained the reasons behind the whole situation.
“In our battles against you Saiyans, we Tuffles suffered heavy losses. To turn the tide of the war, I, as the Tuffles’ top scientist, created this Grudge Amplification machine, Hatchiyack!”
“This machine collects the grudges of Tuffles killed by Saiyans and amplifies the energy, evolving it into life forms. It’s the ultimate killing machine capable of annihilating Saiyans!”
“However, Hatchiyack requires time to accumulate energy, so it must wait before being fully activated.”
“To buy time, I originally intended to send the device into space. However, before the spaceship could launch, I was attacked by Saiyans and died on the spot.”
“Unexpectedly, the spaceship carrying Hatchiyack safely escaped Planet Plant and wandered through space, eventually landing on this dark planet.”
“Hatchiyack absorbed my grudges, finally achieving self-evolution. It not only turned the dark planet into a mobile fortress but also resurrected me as a Ghost Warrior. Frieza and others who attacked your planet were also Ghost Warriors created by Hatchiyack.”
“Relying on Hatchiyack and Destron Gas to exterminate all of you Saiyans, this was the final Saiyan eradication plan I devised before my death!”
