If one wants to further increase their Attributes, they need to level up. To level up, one of the conditions is to upgrade the combined Attributes to a maximum of 100 points.
After reaching 100 points in combined Attributes, the acting Divine Envoy can start the Promotion Quest. Completing the Quest allows them to level up and reach a higher realm.
Currently, Fang Li only has a meager 9 points in combined Attributes. Without considering bonuses from Titles, he is still far from the maximum of 100 points. Even if he uses all ten free Attribute Points, he would only have 19 points. Leveling up is not a consideration for now.
