GGS-Chapter 1044 New Trash

Previous ChapterNext Chapter

Su Jing entered the Garbage Station and immediately noticed a massive vortex swirling in the sky, with a large amount of trash pouring down and being suspended in the air due to the station’s special magnetic field.

With a quick glance, Su Jing was immediately stunned. The garbage this time seemed different from the previous garbage dumps.

Looking around, there was a sea of green in the air above Su Jing, filled with various plants. There were also numerous animals— Mice, Turtles, Birds, Butterflies… They were all sorted by the Garbage Station and placed aside for Su Jing to see.

“What in the world? Is this a garbage dump or a zoo?” Su Jing was astonished by the scene in front of his eyes. Having dealt with garbage many times before, this was the first time that he was seeing such a variety of plants and animals.

However, upon closer inspection of the broken stone tools, tattered clothes, ragged clay pots, and worn-out wooden furniture, it was indeed a decent garbage pile and he also realized why all the animals and plants were in the garbage pile.

Perhaps these items had been left there for too long and had become overgrown with plants, almost turning into a small forest and a paradise for these animals.

Su Jing observed the trash for a while, including broken stone tools, worn-out wooden furniture, tattered clothes, and rough clay pots. It all resembled artifacts from a primitive world. About half of the garbage appeared damp, suggesting it had been near water.

After a while, the garbage stopped pouring, and the vortex in the air disappeared.

Su Jing first approached the animals, as they were running around in the Garbage Station causing chaos among themselves. If not handled properly, it would become a mess.

Su Jing released his spiritual force, enveloping the entire area of the Garbage Station, and quickly tamed them all.

Then, Su Jing carefully observed the animals and discovered that many of them were peculiar and unlike anything he had seen before.

For example, there was a turtle with a pale yellow head, featuring symmetrically arranged large scales on its body. Its shell was raised, resembling an elephant’s back, with a large black spot in the center of the dorsal plates.

The front edge of its plastron was thicker, and the rear notch was deeper. Its limbs were cylindrical in shape, with no webbing between the toes, and the scales on its legs resembled those of an elephant.

Su Jing swore that he had never seen this kind of turtle before in his entire life.

Similarly, there was a group of rats, similar in size to house mice but with large ears. Their forelimbs were small, while their hind limbs were long and powerful. They didn’t crawl but rather hopped on their two hind legs, just like kangaroos.

There was another group of rats, with the upper part being blackish-brown and the lower part white, overall having a smoother and cuter appearance compared to ordinary rats.

There were also numerous butterflies, many of which were remarkably large and uniquely beautiful. Some of them had different patterns on their left and right wings.

On the left wing, there was an image of a beautiful woman, while on the right wing, there was an image of a skull.

Then there were a few animals that resembled long-haired apes with a pair of white ears. Su Jing loved watching the animal world and had read quite a few books to expand his knowledge of them.

However, he had no recollection of seeing such lifeforms before.

There was also a bird, entirely covered in bluish-gray feathers, with a beak of about 23 centimeters, slightly black at the tip with a curved hook and a red spot.

Its wings were short, rendering it unable to fly. It had thick and sturdy yellow legs, and there was a cluster of rolled-up feathers on its rump.

Furthermore, some of the animals looked like creatures straight out of mythological legends or science fiction movies.

“Well, now the Garbage Station has turned into a zoo,” Su Jing didn’t know what else to say at this moment.

In the past, when encountering lifeforms, Su Jing would consider the disaster of invasive species and be cautious about letting the animals escape from the Garbage Station.

But now, a multitude of lifeforms had invaded this space, surpassing all previous occurrences combined.

These animals have weak spiritual force, and it seems like they also have weak combat abilities. They shouldn’t be the type of Magical Beasts, Monster Beasts, or Vicious Beasts that can enhance one’s body strength when consumed. I wonder if they have any use.” Su Jing pondered and began to carefully study these animals.

He even searched online to see if there were any similar lifeforms on Earth.

To his surprise, the more he searched, the more shocked he became. “This is getting serious. Where did this trash come from? However, this could be a perfect opportunity to enhance my Recycle Degree Value.”

With these thoughts in mind, Su Jing took out his phone and called the director of the Zhongyun Oceanarium, who was also the director of the Zhongyun Zoo, Fan Weishen. However, he received a message saying the number was no longer in service.

Feeling helpless, Su Jing dialed Xue Zhonghong’s number instead. Xue Zhonghong quickly answered the call, saying, “Hey there, A’Jing! Why do you have time to call me? Aren’t you supposed to be extremely busy? You’re becoming more and more extraordinary.”

“I’m doing fine,” Su Jing replied with a smile on his face.

“Come on, you’re more than just ‘fine.’ You’re on the verge of breaking through the heavens. What can I do for you?” Xue Zhonghong teased at first before coming to the main question.

“I have a small favor to ask. I want to find Fan Weishen, but his number is unreachable,” Su Jing explained.

“Oh, he changed his number. I’ll send it to you later. But why do you need to find him?” Xue Zhonghong asked curiously.

“I want to discuss something with him. I’m interested in collaborating with Zhongyun Zoo.”

“What kind of collaboration?” Xue Zhonghong inquired.

“In simple terms, I want to acquire the Zhongyun Zoo,” Su Jing replied.

“Oh my, what kind of collaboration is that? It’s practically robbery,” Xue Zhonghong exclaimed, having nothing to say.

“Don’t worry, I’ll make him willing to cooperate. Of course, it would be even better if you could put in a good word for me,” Su Jing said with a smile.

“I can speak on your behalf, but you have to tell me what you want to do with the zoo. Your pet is beautiful and intelligent, but it’s really not suitable for a zoo,” Xue Zhonghong pointed out.

“What I want to showcase is not these pets, but something else. You’ll find out when the time comes,” Su Jing replied.

“You’re keeping me in suspense. But since you’re so serious about it, it must be worth looking forward to. Let me make a call and arrange a meeting with Fan Weishen.”

“Thank you, Brother Xue.”
