The venue, packed with spectators, suddenly displayed a radiant screen in the air. Amidst the cheers, a splendidly dressed man wearing headphones appeared.

At the host’s announcement, Tenraku, Yubelluna, and the women walked onto the stage from backstage, and the entire venue erupted in cheers.
Perhaps Tenraku himself wasn’t aware of the immense popularity he held in the Underworld. Countless people were shouting his name, and many young girls were already screaming and fainting just at the sight of him.
“Now, let’s welcome the esteemed Rias and her Peerage to the stage!”

As the cherished princess of the Gremory family and the next in line to lead, Rias was also an idol-like figure in the Underworld. Her appearance alongside Akeno and the others caused an uproar of cheers and screams.
Standing on the stage, Tenraku and Rias locked eyes.
“Tenraku, I’ve been looking forward to this day for so long, the day when I can finally compete with you!” Rias stared fixedly at Tenraku, her voice full of unrestrained excitement.
“I, on the other hand, would prefer if this day never arrived. Just thinking about seeing Rias, all beaten up later, makes my heart ache.” Sighing, Tenraku wore a melancholic expression on his face as he spoke, and his deliberately vexing expression caused Rias to grit her teeth in frustration.
“You wretched Tenraku. Who knows who will end up on top later!”
“Have you forgotten that I told you I have a massive surprise in store for you in this match? Watch closely, Tenraku, don’t let it startle you!”
Thinking of something, Rias revealed something with a mysteriously pleased smile on her face.
“A surprise?”
Furrowing his brows, Tenraku vaguely remembered Rias mentioning a surprise for him. Before Tenraku could ask further, the host’s voice echoed again.
“Lastly, let’s welcome the special team for this match, Princess Sona and her Peerage!”
“What?!!!” Hearing the host’s announcement, Tenraku couldn’t help but be astonished. Even the entire venue erupted in a collective gasp.
“What’s going on? Why is there a special team?”
“This is a Rating Game. How can a third team be allowed to participate? This isn’t in accordance with the rules!”
“Yeah, that’s right! Give us an explanation!”
Faced with the barrage of questions, the host couldn’t help but break into a cold sweat. However, he was merely following orders, so he promptly shifted the blame to the higher-ups.
“Now, let’s have Demon King Lucifer-Sama explain the situation regarding the special team.”
The screen on the display changed, and suddenly, Sirzechs’ projection appeared in front of everyone.
“Everyone, please be quiet.”
As a Demon King, Sirzechs’ authority was unquestionable. After he spoke, the entire venue fell silent.
“This match is between Tenraku and my younger sister, Rias. But as you all must know, Tenraku’s current strength is on par with ours, the Demon Kings. Although Rias is outstanding, it’s nearly impossible for her to defeat him.”
Upon hearing Sirzechs’ words, the entire venue couldn’t help but tremble.
“That Kamiya Tenraku already possesses power comparable to the Demon Kings…”

To think that just over a year ago, Tenraku was still obscure, even labeled as an Underworld nobody. Now, he had risen to such heights. Many still found it hard to believe. No wonder he was hailed as the miracle of the Phenex family; it was a title well deserved.
Seeing the reactions of the crowd, Sirzechs wore a satisfied smile and continued, “Doesn’t everyone find a match with such a glaring power disparity and a preordained outcome rather dull? So, to balance the forces on both sides, we’ve arranged for Sona Sitri and her Peerage to join this match.”
“Having one team face off against two teams is a special case among special cases. Perhaps in the entire history of Rating Games, this will be a one-of-a-kind occurrence.”
After hearing Sirzechs’ words, the entire venue once again trembled. Indeed, what joy could there be in a match where the outcome was already decided?
At first, while they didn’t place Kamiya Tenraku on the same level as the Demon Kings, they had already mostly assumed that Tenraku would emerge victorious in this match. Their interest in this match initially stemmed from the popularity of Tenraku and Rias themselves, as well as the intriguing gossip surrounding their wedded relationship.
However, things were different now. With Sona Sitri joining, the outcome of this match became uncertain, adding an element of mystery that left people eager with anticipation.
Moreover, what the Demon King said was true. One team facing off against two was a rarity among rarities. Perhaps in the entire history of Rating Games, this unique occurrence would happen only this once.
They wanted to see it!
“Rias, is this the surprise you mentioned?” Even Tenraku was a bit taken aback by what he had heard and he asked Rias.
Rias, however, remained silent, smiling subtly. Tenraku then shifted his gaze to President Sona.
“Sona, did you conserve your energy just to team up with Rias against me?”
“That’s right.”
“You two planned this together a long time ago, didn’t you? To think you’d keep it from me.”
Looking at Tenraku’s frustrated expression, both Rias and Sona couldn’t help but curve their lips.
However, their actions were not confined to this. The real surprise was yet to come!
“Onii Sama, please announce the other matter.” Rias raised her head and called out to the air.
Sirzechs in the projection nodded, and amidst the puzzled looks of everyone, he spoke again.
“In addition, I have another important announcement to make—”
“In this Rating Game’s match, as long as Tenraku emerges victorious in the end, he will be able to enter into an engagement with the next in charge of the family of the House of Sitri, Sona Sitri!”
A collective gasp swept through the entire venue as Sirzechs’ words settled in. Even Tenraku found himself staring wide-eyed…
