EPHS-Chapter 323 Tenraku’s Deception

Previous ChapterNext Chapter

Although very reluctant, under someone’s persistent persuasion, Sitri Sona ultimately surrendered with a sorrowful expression on her face.

She agreed to become an accomplice to Tenraku and Rias!

She warned her Peerage not to leak any information about Ophis and had Shinra Tsubaki handle Le Fay’s enrollment. Le Fay was younger than Ravel and Koneko-Chan, but for convenience, she was assigned to the same class as Ravel and the others.

“Sorry, Sona, for involving you in this,” Tenraku apologized after Rias and Ophis left the Student Council room. He stayed behind to calm President Sama.

“Heh, at least someone knows how to apologize,” Sona said with a hint of sarcasm as she pushed the pervert off her.

It seemed that this time she was genuinely annoyed, and Tenraku couldn’t help but sigh in resignation. Without further ado, he lowered his head and placed his bet on President Sama’s soft lips.

“Wu Wu Wu…”

At first, she struggled and tried to push him away, but soon Sitri Sona lost the strength to resist. She could only let Tenraku manipulate her, feeling dizzy and weak.

Constantly savoring the sweetness of each other’s lips, Tenraku finally released the girl after a long while.

“Sona, are you still angry now?” Tenraku whispered in President Sama’s ear with a teasing smile.

Glaring at him with resentment, Sitri Sona continued to catch her breath. She couldn’t believe she had chosen this despicable man. She wondered what sins she had committed in her previous life.

“I’ve done all I can for you. Ophis is too dangerous. You and Rias should take care of yourselves,” Sitri Sona said with a hint of melancholy.

Deep down, she was a girl with a cold exterior but a warm heart. If she truly didn’t care about Tenraku and Rias, she wouldn’t have offered her assistance. Joking aside, even though she was just an accomplice, if the secret about Ophis got out, her reputation and even the entire House of Sitri would be affected.

“Don’t worry, it’s not as serious as you think. I’ll handle everything,” Tenraku reassured her with a smile.

In truth, Tenraku hoped to keep Ophis’s situation hidden for as long as possible, giving him ample time to gather power. But even if it were discovered, he wouldn’t be afraid. He was no longer the same weakling he once was, and he feared no one.

A hint of complexity flashed in the girl’s eyes. Despite the seriousness of the matter, Tenraku remained so relaxed and carefree. However, it wasn’t arrogance; it was a certain kind of unwavering self-confidence. This was one of the reasons why she had fallen for him.

“Has something happened to Tsubaki recently? Is it related to something you did?” Suddenly, Sitri Sona stared at Tenraku.

“Tsubaki? What happened to her?”

“If Tsubaki’s behavior has been strange lately, you should ask her directly. How would I know?” Although he felt a little surprised, Tenraku remained calm on the surface.

“Are you sure it has nothing to do with you?” Sitri Sona scrutinized Tenraku’s expression closely.

Tsubaki had been acting absentminded lately, making several mistakes even in her Student Council duties. This was unusual for someone as diligent and meticulous as Tsubaki. While Sona had asked Tsubaki what was going on, Tsubaki had been evasive, unable to explain herself.

After thinking it over, Sitri Sona could only suspect Tenraku. She had no concrete evidence, but her woman’s intuition told her something was amiss.

“It has absolutely nothing to do with me,” Tenraku insisted, despite her suspicions. He shook his head vigorously, almost like a wavy drum.

Although Sitri Sona remained skeptical, Tenraku’s firm denial left her with no choice but to withdraw her gaze in frustration.

Although Tenraku had heaved a sigh of relief, thinking he had escaped unscathed, suddenly…

“Tell me, what’s going on?!”

Raising her head abruptly, President-Sama’s expression turned icy, and her beautiful eyes gleamed with a sharp light.

“I already said it had nothing to do with me,” Tenraku replied, trying to maintain his composure despite being taken aback.

Sitri Sona remained silent, her gaze locked onto Tenraku, her expression filled with sarcasm.

“Sona, how did you figure it out?” Tenraku finally admitted defeat.

He believed he had played it perfectly and couldn’t fathom how Sona had uncovered his deception.

“I guessed,” Sona replied with a smile.

Tenraku’s expression froze. He had been fooled!

“Now, can you explain it to me?” President Sama gently stroked Tenraku’s cheek with a smiling yet eerie tenderness.

However, this strange tenderness sent shivers down Tenraku’s spine.

With a sigh, Tenraku eventually had to confess to President Sama about his secret activities with the Vice President.

As expected, after listening to the whole story, President Sama’s face darkened.

“Even though you already have Rias, you’re not satisfied, and you’re going after Tsubaki too!” Sona hissed through gritted teeth, utterly infuriated.

“It’s not my fault. Tsubaki is an outstanding girl. It’s abnormal not to be interested in her,” Tenraku replied somewhat awkwardly, scratching his head.

“Heh, so you’re blaming Tsubaki?” Sona mocked.

However, in the next moment, she was left dumbfounded.

“Those can wait for the right opportunity,” Tenraku said with a hint of anticipation, not denying it.

He knew that his Okaa-Sama had set a goal for him: to find at least a hundred beautiful and capable wives. But Tenraku felt that a hundred wouldn’t be enough; he needed at least a hundred times more!

“You… you…” Sona was left trembling with anger, unable to find the right words.

Since words wouldn’t suffice, President Sama took direct action, sinking her teeth into Tenraku’s flesh.

“Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!”

The whole Student Council room resonated with Tenraku’s well-deserved screams of pain.

After a long while…

Blushing with a mixture of embarrassment and indignation, Sitri Sona sat slumped in her chair, clutching her nearly torn-to-pieces dress. Tenraku, on the other hand, grimaced as he rubbed the bite marks on his body and made his way out of the Student Council room.

After a heated battle and negotiation between the two, Tenraku and President-Sama finally reached an agreement.

Sitri Sona wouldn’t interfere with Tenraku and Shinra Tsubaki’s relationship, but everything had to be Tsubaki’s own choice. Tenraku was strictly forbidden from using his power and status to coerce her, just as he had promised Rias regarding Koneko-chan.

These terms were acceptable to Tenraku. While he had claimed dominance and control over women like Raynare and Katerea, he would never treat good women like Vice President-Sama in the same way. He preferred using a gentle approach to conquer them and enjoyed the process.

Of course, while their agreement mentioned Vice President-Sama, Tenraku’s goals went far beyond her…
