Within a vast and chilly palace, a girl sat upon a lofty throne. She wore a cute dress and appeared to be quite young in both age and stature. Although this scene might have seemed incongruous with the girl, those who knew her identity couldn’t help but hold her in awe.
That’s because this girl was none other than the leader of the Khaos Brigade, the legendary Dragon God of Infinity— Ophis!
“Hey, boss.”
A group of people entered the palace, led by a black-haired man carrying a war spear.
“Boss’, I remember your name.” Without any change in expression, Ophis thought for a moment before speaking.
“I am Cao Cao, and it’s a great honor for me that Boss remembers my name.”
Grinning, Cao Cao displayed a smile reminiscent of a hero and then gestured to the individuals behind him.
“They are the new companions who have joined us. From now on, they will serve Boss just like I do, dedicating themselves to Boss’s dreams, even if it means facing death.”
“What do you all seek?” Ophis shifted her gaze to the newcomers before she spoke these words.
“Please bestow upon us your power, mighty Ophis.” The newcomers bowed and trembled as they spoke.
Although Cao Cao had assured them not to be afraid, facing the legendary Dragon God, a being standing at the pinnacle of the world, instinctively made them nervous and fearful.
“So you want Power, I can give that to you.”
This scenario had repeated countless times, yet Ophis’s expression remained unchanged. She formed several black serpents in her hands, which then entered the bodies of the newcomers.
Feeling the wildly surging power within them, the newcomers displayed expressions of ecstatic joy. Although the power Ophis bestowed upon them was not even a fraction of her own Million power, it was an unimaginable level of strength for them!
“HāHāHā… As expected of Boss, always so generous.”
“I’ll take them downstairs first, so I won’t disturb your rest, Boss.”
In a good mood, Cao Cao greeted and led the newcomers out of the palace. However, they encountered Vali, who seemed to be heading to the palace.
“Oh… Isn’t this our former White Dragon Sovereign?” Seeing Vali, Cao Cao showed a teasing smile on his face as he spoke.
Cold light flickered in Vali’s eyes, yet he didn’t reveal any anger. He glanced at the newcomers behind Cao Cao and said, “Cao Cao, you’re up to your boring antics again.”
“Boring? No, no, no. I’m just having Ophis bestow power upon them so that they can serve Ophis better. This is an important and sacred matter, not at all boring.”
Cao Cao sneered, fully aware that Vali wouldn’t believe his nonsense.
This guy was clearly treating Ophis like a puppet to exploit!
Vali despised this guy very much and didn’t bother to say much. He walked past Cao Cao and his group, entering the palace.
“What’s with that powerless guy who had his Sacred Gear stolen still acting so high and mighty?”
“Cao Cao-sama, do you want us to take care of him…”
The newcomers, who had just gained power, were quite displeased with Vali’s attitude. One of them even made a throat-slitting gesture in front of Cao Cao.
“Alright, alright. You guys have a long life ahead. Don’t think about doing reckless things.”
“Let’s go, let’s go. There are important tasks for you to accomplish.”
Cao Cao couldn’t help but sigh at these adorable yet foolish individuals.

In a room, Ravel, Kunou, Koneko-chan, and Mira sat together, flipping through their respective books. They were of similar grades and shared a class at school, so the four girls often acted together. Studying together like this was an essential part of their daily routine.
The room was occasionally filled with the sound of flipping book pages, and everyone was quietly engrossed in their studies. However, if you looked closely, you would notice a certain little head nodding off.
With her beautiful golden hair and cute animal ears, it was none other than Kunou.

“Little fox, remember that we’re going to become Onii-chan’s managers in the future. We need to learn a lot.”
“I know, Ravel-chan. I’ll definitely study harder from now on.”
During their break, Ravel took the opportunity to lecture Kunou. Kunou lowered her head, looking ashamed.
“Hmph, you’ve said that every time, but you always get sleepy as soon as you open a book.”
Ravel said with a disgruntled tone.
“Ugh… I’m sorry…”
Whimpering, Kunou felt quite embarrassed.
But she couldn’t help it; she always felt sleepy whenever she read.
“Ravel-chan, you’re really amazing. You’ll definitely become an excellent manager in the future.”
“Hehe, of course. I’m going to be Onii-chan’s indispensable right hand and follow him all my life.”
Looking up, Kunou’s expression was one of admiration. Ravel also chuckled a couple of times, showing a satisfied expression.
“Follow Onii-chan all your life? Ravel-chan, are you not going to get married?”
After hearing Ravel’s words, Kunou couldn’t help but express her surprise.
“Get married? No way. I’m going to be Onii-chan’s wife. Both Father and Mother have already agreed!”
Almost slipped out without thinking, Ravel regretted it immediately.
As expected…
“Ravel-chan is going to be Onii-chan’s wife?!!”
Kunou’s expression was one of shock, and even Koneko-chan and Mira, who were nearby, turned their heads to look at Ravel with great interest.
“That’s not… I mean… I…”
Her face turned red, and Ravel’s thoughts were in chaos.
She had accidentally revealed her intentions. How was she going to explain now?
“Chicken princess, are you hiding something from us?”

Koneko-chan, Mira, and Kunou stared at Ravel fixedly, and her scalp tingled. Ravel was regretting it deeply.
If she didn’t give them a satisfying answer today, these guys definitely wouldn’t let her off the hook!
