Raising his hand, Georg instantly unfolded hundreds of various magic formations in front of him. The magical runes within the magic formations spun rapidly.
“Northern European-style, Devil-style, Fallen Angel-style, Black Magic, White Magic, Elf Magic… These are all powerful spell styles,” Rossweisse exclaimed in awe as she looked at the spells.
Even Katerea and the women on Asia side were amazed. However, Tenraku, who only had six senses for magic instead of the full seven, couldn’t discern anything special and felt overwhelmed by the dazzling display.
Under Georg’s control, all the magic formations were interconnected and combined, forming an incredibly complex and gigantic magic formation. With Yasaka Princess, the Nine-Tailed Fox, at its center, the immense magic formation was projected onto the ground.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The entire earth seemed to tremble, and the flowing water and spiritual energy of Kyoto surged toward them like a flood.
“Ahhhhh!”
Amidst the painful cries, all the gathered energy rushed into Yasaka Princess’s body. Her figure radiated with brilliance as she grew in size, transforming into a massive golden fox. With slender shoulders, a graceful figure, and nine golden tails dancing in the air, Yasaka Princess revealed her true form as a member of the Youkai race—the Nine-Tailed Fox.
However, before anyone could fully appreciate the transformation, the Nine-Tailed Fox Yasaka Princess let out another cry of pain and raised a giant claw, swiping it toward Tenraku and the others.
“Spread out!”
Tenraku swiftly leaped into the air, carrying Asia and Kunou with him. Rossweisse and the other women, Raynare included, scattered to avoid the attack. With a loud crash, the spot where Tenraku had been standing was reduced to rubble by the Nine-Tailed Fox’s enormous claw.
“Okaa-Sama!” (Mother!)
Kunou, held in Tenraku’s arms, called out with tears streaming down her face. But Yasaka Princess, under the control of the dominating consciousness, could not respond.
“The magic formation to summon the True Red Dragon God Emperor and the offering are well prepared. Now, let’s see if that Dragon God-sama takes the bait.”
“Cao Cao, I’ll take control of this magic formation. Make sure no one disturbs me.”
A smile appeared on Georg’s lips, and Cao Cao waved his hand in acknowledgment.
“I understand. I won’t let anyone disturb you.”
“We’ve received information that the members remaining on the outskirts have already engaged Demon King Leviathan and the Fallen Angel’s Governor General. It’s time for us to begin as well.”
“Ohh!”
Following Cao Cao’s command, all the members of the Hero Faction sprang into action, their battle cries resounding as they rushed toward Tenraku and his group.
“Cao Cao, I’ll deal with you.”
“Raynare, Rossweisse, you handle that Siegfried with the Demonic Emperor Sword.”
“Semiria, all the Pawns will be promoted to Queens. The fifteen of you will deal with Jeanne and Heracles.”
“Katerea, I’ll summon two hundred Demonic Beasts for you. Lead your subordinates and the Demonic Beasts to take care of the remaining enemies.”
Tenraku quickly issued orders and activated the recently acquired “Longinus” ability, allowing a large shadow to spread beneath his feet. One by one, enormous Demonic Beasts roared as they emerged from the shadows. There were exactly two hundred of them, and each Demonic Beast possessed the power of a Middle-Class Devil, some even reaching the High-Class Devil level.
“Understood!”
Rossweisse and Raynare responded simultaneously, soaring into the air to confront the enemy’s Demonic Emperor Sword Siegfried. Semiria exchanged a glance with her sisters and the fifteen Battle Saintesses to restrain Jeanne and Heracles.
Katerea quickly gathered her female magicians and the two hundred Demonic Beasts, forming a battle formation to engage the incoming enemies.
Amidst the cries of battle and explosions, Nijo Castle descended into chaos.
“Kunou, Asia, stay within the barrier and support everyone.”
Several barriers were deployed for Kunou and Asia, and Tenraku gave them further instructions.
“Due to the continuous development of Sacred Gear, even if there is some distance, Asia can still provide support to her comrades. And just in case, I have already cast conditional magic on all the women. If they suffer serious injuries, they can be immediately teleported back to the barrier for Asia to heal them.”
“Tenraku-san, I will do my best too!”
“Tenraku-sama, please save Okaa-Sama. I’m begging you.”
Asia nodded, while Kunou pleaded tearfully.
“Don’t worry, I promised to save your Okaa-Sama, and I will definitely do it.”
Tenraku gently stroked the forehead of the young girl and didn’t say anything more. He then concentrated and materialized the intersecting armor of the red and white Heavenly Dragons. With his Dragon Wings unfurled, he soared into the sky.
Looking down, he saw that all the women had already engaged their respective enemies in battle. The energy of Kyoto continued to gather and flow into the body of Yasaka Princess, the gigantic golden fox. The Nine-Tailed Fox roared in agony, causing destruction all around.
Tenraku needed to put a stop to Yasaka Princess as well, but he didn’t have any extra manpower left.
He could only create another Demonic Beast!
As one of the legendary “Longinus,” the ability “Demonic Beast Creation – Annihilation Maker” could produce a variety of Demonic Beasts, whether they existed in reality or in fantasy. As long as the host had enough imagination, it could create any type of Demonic Beast. The strength of the created Demonic Beasts depended on the host’s settings and the amount of input Spirit Power.
Suddenly, Tenraku remembered something and a smile appeared on his lips as he loudly declared, “Come forth, Kurama!”
As Tenraku’s words echoed, a massive Demonic Beast quickly took shape in the air and crashed to the ground with a resounding thud.
With beast ears and tails, nine enormous tails fluttered and swayed in the air, revealing another nine-tailed fox! However, unlike the nine-tailed fox that Yasaka Princess transformed into, this one was entirely scarlet, as if its gigantic body was composed of solidified energy. With sharp fangs and a fierce aura, if any ninjas from Konoha were to see it, they would surely be astonished and shout, “Nine-Tails!”
“Roar!”
Roaring toward the sky, under Tenraku’s command, the scarlet Bijū fox dashed forward and leaped into the air, colliding with the golden fox with a thunderous impact.
“Roaaar!”
Boom! Boom! Boom!
They roared, clashed, rolled, and fought relentlessly. The native nine-tailed fox and the otherworldly version engaged in an epic battle that seemed to transcended dimensions.
“To think that you can already use the ability of ‘Demonic Beast Creation – Annihilation Maker’ to this extent right after acquiring this Sacred Gear. Perhaps I have underestimated you, Kamiya Tenraku.”
Cao Cao appeared next to Tenraku, observing him closely, and sighed.
“You may have underestimated me in more ways than one. Let’s begin, Cao Cao!”
“Are you really okay? By creating so many powerful Demonic Beasts, you must have consumed a significant amount of energy. I can’t help but feel it’s unfair to fight you like this.”
“Don’t worry, I still have enough power to deal with you.”
“You’re truly a confident and arrogant fellow. Just don’t disappoint me, Kamiya Tenraku!”
Their eyes met, sparks flying, and then Tenraku and Cao Cao simultaneously charged toward each other…
