Whis was right. Legendary Super Saiyan Destruction Form was a new form created by Broly by incorporating the Power of Destruction he obtained into his transformation.
In this form, Broly was akin to half a God of Destruction, capable of using the Power of Destruction.
Power of Destruction was also a form of Power of Law.
Using Power of Law to counter Power of Law was precisely the method Lin Chen devised for Broly to deal with Hit!
