Another fatal blow, and Lin Chen’s body shuddered, blood spraying from his mouth.
Under the relentless barrage of attacks, he couldn’t hold on any longer and was sent flying.
He flew hundreds of meters, embedding his feet into the ground and leaving two deep furrows before coming to a stop.
“It truly is Ultra Instinct… This dodging-cheat is insane!” Lin Chen took a deep breath, using the Power of Creation to slowly heal his injuries.
“Lin Chen, it’s time to end this. At this moment, you are still slightly weaker than Beerus-sama. Facing Ultra Instinct, you cannot win. If you continue to fight, you may die.”
Whis floated over in front of Lin Chen, attempting to stop the battle.
Standing in the distance, Beerus didn’t interrupt.
Lin Chen had earned his respect by forcing him to use Imperfect Ultra Instinct.
However, whether it was Whis or Beerus, they probably didn’t expect that Lin Chen’s goal wasn’t just to tie the match; he wanted to win!
He wanted to defeat Beerus, completely conquering the nightmare from the past.
“Thank you for your suggestion, Mr. Whis, but I will fight to the end!”

Just as Lin Chen finished speaking, a violent collision sent him flying backward once again.
Beerus, angered by their conversation, had suddenly launched a sneak attack.
Though Lin Chen managed to withstand the blow, he was no longer in the Legendary Super Saiyan Silver-Grey form.
The previous strike had exceeded his limit.
“That’s not very nice, Beerus-sama.” Whis turned around and reprimanded Beerus for the surprise attack.
But Beerus remained stubborn, his face turning red. “Whis, you heard him earlier! This kid wants to fight to the end! Today, nobody’s going to stop me. I’ll make him surrender on his own!”
“Beerus-sama!”
Seeing Beerus getting a bit carried away, Whis immediately warned.
Unfortunately, the current Beerus was in no mood to listen to advice.
His entire body was shimmering with a white radiance as he bypassed Whis and attacked Lin Chen once again.
Seeing Beerus showing no sign of stopping, Whis shook his head helplessly and stopped interfering.
After all, he is Beerus’s Attendant, and he had no intention of getting in his way for Lin Chen.
Moreover, Whis had a move up his sleeve that could reverse everything. If a situation arose where the two were at each other’s throats, he could simply turn back time.
“There’s no other way.”
Lin Chen watched as Beerus rapidly approached closer, and his heart hardened.
He had thought that transforming into Legendary Super Saiyan Silver-Grey combined with Super Kaio-ken would be enough to deal with Beerus.

Back when Lin Chen was assisting the Supreme Kai of Time in handling disturbances in history, he had received an Ultra Instinct experience card in consecutive tasks released by the system.
He had kept this card all this time, not using it casually.
There was a reason for that.
Because Lin Chen knew that with Ultra Instinct stare, experiencing it just once wouldn’t be of much help in learning it.
So, Lin Chen had always regarded it as his last resort, to be used only in the most critical moments.
And now, it was probably the most critical moment.
Because only Ultra Instinct could counter Ultra Instinct.
“Ding! Confirming the host’s intention, Ultra Instinct experience card activated!”
“Reminder to the host: This Ultra Instinct experience card can only maintain its effect for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the effect will expire, and the host’s corresponding stamina will be deducted, just like with the real Ultra Instinct.”

Even he, as a mighty God of Destruction, hasn’t completely mastered it. Why does Lin Chen seem to have not only mastered it but also at a deeper level than him?
