“Brother Links’?” Broly also stopped and looked shocked. “Such powerful strength! But it’s strange, it doesn’t seem like the aura of the Saiyan God?”
“Lin Chen hasn’t transformed into that Black God state he mentioned. This is another conventional transformation of you Saiyans.”
Whis observed using his scepter and understood everything.

Lying on a floating bed, God of Destruction Beerus had two sharp, rabbit-like ears sticking up, and his head resembled a combination of a jackal and a cat. He rubbed his eyes and yawned.
“Beerus-sama, you woke up earlier than I anticipated.”
“Oh? How long have I been asleep?” Beerus asked lazily, rubbing the corners of his eyes.
“It’s been thirty-eight years since you fell asleep.”
“Only thirty-eight years? Right, I was actually awakened by a noise. In my dream, I felt a very powerful fluctuation. Whis, is there anything you want to report?”
“Indeed, Beerus-sama, the fluctuation you felt is from the mortal world. It was an aura that erupted out during a powerful warrior’s battle,” Whis calmly explained.
Upon hearing this, Beerus, who had been drowsy, suddenly became wide awake, and his eyes became sharp.
“What? A powerful warrior? How is that possible? When did the mortal world have such a powerful warrior?”
“It’s true, Beerus-sama. By the way, while you were sleeping, I found a substitute for you among the God of Destruction candidates.”
