The divine dragons are not really created by mortals, rather they gain the ability to travel to the mortal world through the Dragon Balls and the creator of the Dragon Balls themselves.
Meanwhile, these divine dragons who could enter the mortal world also had their own palaces in the Dragon Realm.
Currently, below Lin Chen, there were countless palaces, probably numbering in the thousands.

Upon hearing this, Lin Chen immediately increased his speed and charged toward that dark world.
“Shadow Dragon! Come out!” Standing at the boundary between light and darkness, Lin Chen shouted.
Suddenly, there was a response from the other side.
In the darkness, large patches of black mist began to drift, as if a demon was about to appear.
Then, a dragon’s roar echoed, and a humanoid Saiyan Divine Dragon, almost identical to the Saiyan Divine Dragon but predominantly black and red in color, descended from the sky.
Its crimson eyes locked onto Lin Chen, revealing a malicious intent.
“Lin Chen? It’s you?”
Lin Chen smirked, “You’re in the presence of your master, why haven’t you knelt down yet?”
The eyes of Black Smoke Shenron flared with anger as it retorted, “Ridiculous! Lin Chen, I never thought you would come to the Dragon Realm. I had planned to come to the mortal world to look for you next time, but now I can save the trouble!”
“Look for me? To kneel in front of me?”
Hearing Lin Chen referring to kneeling again and again, the anger within the Shadow Dragon surged.
“Lin Chen! You measly mortal, you’ve obtained the ability to create Dragon Balls through the power of Super Shenron. Such an ability is not meant for someone like you! My existence is the Dragon God-sama’s punishment for those who misuse the power of divine dragons!”
Evil energy manifested on the evil divine dragon’s body, and what’s even more exaggerated is that it seemed to have a Power of Law coursing through its body.
This made the Shadow Dragon, originally extremely similar to the Saiyan Divine Dragon, appear even more eerie.
“My lord, be careful!”
The Saiyan Divine Dragon approached Lin Chen and said, “When this guy was born, it took away almost all of my Power of Miracles. Its essence is the same as mine, both being divine dragons you created, possessing some of your power, and even mastering a good portion of your Power of Law.”
“Oh?” Lin Chen furrowed his brow.
According to the Saiyan Divine Dragon’s words, does that mean this Shadow Dragon essentially serves as a replica of himself?
Sure enough, as Shadow Dragon began to unleash its aura, Lin Chen realized that its Power Level was nearly equivalent to his own in normal state, reaching almost 100 million.
Its true power might be far greater.
But could it really replicate his entire power?
Impossible.
Lin Chen couldn’t believe that a mere divine dragon could possess such capabilities.
Power of Law is not some common technique that can be found everywhere, and easily mastered.

The black hair on its head, originally resembling Saiyan hair, began to lengthen.
Power of Destruction, Power of Creation, Power of Time, Power of Space, and now, Power of Miracles.
Five types of Power of Law began to manifest around it.
Although the other four types of Power of Law weren’t that powerful, they were real.
As for Power of Miracles, it seemed even more profound than the reward Lin Chen had just received from the system.
