Although the specific effects of this technique were not explicitly mentioned, one can make a reasonable assumption.
In the original work, Piccolo, with an initial Power Level of only one or two thousand on Planet Namek, was at the brink of death. After merging with Nail, whose Power Level was just over forty thousand, Piccolo’s Power Level instantly exceeded one million.
Later, during the Cell Saga, Piccolo had already attained a power level equivalent to that of the initial stages of Super Saiyan 1. Merging with Old Kami, whose Power Level was only a few hundred, instantly gave him the strength to rival Android 17.
From this, it can be deduced that Namekian fusion, even in cases of varying strengths, can unleash at least tenfold the power.
And now, the fusion of Piccolo and the Great Demon King Piccolo has also produced such an effect.

Kamiccolo turned around, donned his cloak, and flew down towards the mortal world.
At this moment, on Earth, the former Fat Buu had already been absorbed by the Evil Buu released from within him, transforming into Kid Buu. The wizard Babidi had also been killed by Buu.
Buu, now uncontrollable, had completely become a killing machine, reveling in destruction on Earth.

Steam began to rise from Majin Buu’s pores. Just as his voice fell, he clenched his fist and attacked Kamiccolo.
Kamiccolo remained silent, channeling his power throughout his body and then activating Kaio-Ken.
Majin Buu’s attack landed on him, only to be blocked by the energy barrier surrounding his entire body and then bounced back.
“Next, 4x Kaio-Ken!”

A small bottle suddenly appeared in Kamiccolo’s hand. He quickly landed on the ground and placed the bottle on the ground. Then, he sneered at Buu, “Buu, let me seal you once again!”
“A technique to seal evil that cannot be defeated, Evil Containment Wave!”
The purple-black vortex directly sucked Majin Buu into its center. Then, with a wave of Kamiccolo’s hand, this vortex, along with Majin Buu, plunged into the bottle placed on the ground, then he put a seal on the bottle.
