Suddenly, the ground beneath everyone’s feet trembled violently, and the surrounding rubble hovered in mid-air.
Streaks of lightning crossed the sky, descending towards Lin Chen.
Cell’s previously confident smile began to fade.

Lin Chen’s body instantly doubled in size, engulfed in a flickering green aura with lightning.
Then, a hint of red light appeared amidst the green aura.

“So powerful!” Piccolo and Trunks exclaimed in astonishment.
Although they were taken aback by Cell’s earlier transformation, they never expected Lin Chen’s aura to nearly match Cell’s, with little to no difference in power.
“No wonder he’s so confident; their strengths are almost equal!” Piccolo remarked.
“Almost equal? No.”
Broly shook his head. “His current strength doesn’t represent Brother Lin Chen’s true strength. He has gained new abilities beyond our imagination!”
“New abilities?”
At that moment, accompanied by a final roar, Lin Chen’s aura reached its peak.
The red flames intertwined with the flickering green aura was accompanied by clusters of blue lightning.
“Cell, come and kill me if you dare!”
Cell swallowed hard.
He never expected that Lin Chen’s true strength had reached such a level, nearly matching his own current strength!
He had achieved the Ultimate Form by absorbing the Android 17 and 18 from two different worlds, and yet he was only on par with Lin Chen?
The thought made Cell furious.
In any universe, there couldn’t be anyone stronger than him!
“Lin Chen, let’s see who is better!”
Gritting his teeth, Cell dashed forward, his body enveloped in silver aura, and threw a punch towards Lin Chen.
Cell’s speed was so fast that almost no one present could see clearly, not even Lin Chen, who only managed to sense Cell’s movement before being struck hard in the face.
The ground beneath Lin Chen’s feet instantly cracked, but he managed to hold his ground instead of being sent flying.
“You sure are fast, huh? Then slow down for me!”
“Time Prison!” Red light flashed in Lin Chen’s eyes as he retaliated with a punch towards Cell.
“It’s useless; your movements are too slow!”
Cell yelled, attempting to grab Lin Chen’s fist but suddenly found himself unable to see Lin Chen’s movements.

Lin Chen’s fist almost penetrated Cell’s abdomen.
Cell’s face instantly changed, his eyes filled with disbelief and pain.
“What’s going on? My Power Level is clearly stronger than his, so why is his speed so fast?”
In the next moment, Cell’s look of shock turned into anger.
His fists clenched tightly, and drops of blood trickled down his fingers. His wings behind him trembled violently as he launched another attack towards Lin Chen.
This time, Cell’s speed reached its peak.
However, what he didn’t know was that, in the eyes of everyone around, even in Krillin’s eyes, Cell’s movements appeared ordinary, not fast at all. Anyone could clearly see them.
That was especially true for Lin Chen.
As Cell’s fist came towards him, Lin Chen also threw a punch.
His fist arrived later but hit Cell before Cell’s attack landed.
“You!”
Cell’s face showed unwillingness as he continued to fight back.
However, each of his punches was easily evaded by Lin Chen, without a single hit landing.
“What’s going on? With Cell’s Power Level, his movements shouldn’t be this slow,” Piccolo said, puzzled.
“Cell fell into Brother Lin Chen’s Time Prison. The flow of time around him has slowed down by several seconds compared to us. So, while it appears his movements have become slower to us, what has truly slowed down is his perception of time,” explained Broly.
“What? When did Lin Chen learn such a technique?” Piccolo exclaimed in astonishment.
“Teacher’s power may have reached a level close to that of a god,” Trunks said excitedly, his eyes filled with admiration.
Meanwhile, the short-range combat between Lin Chen and Cell came to an end with Cell finally unable to withstand it, being sent flying by Lin Chen’s punch.
Looking at Cell, who had a furious expression and a face full of unwillingness as he struggled to get up from the ground, Lin Chen calmly spoke.
“Cell, although our powers are similar, in terms of utilizing power, you are nothing more than a barbarian in my eyes! You cannot defeat me, who has already mastered the Power of Laws!”
