Many buildings had been affected, and some of the ordinary Saiyans who had taken shelter had also been accidentally injured by the aftermath of the fight. All of this required attention and care.

When Vegeta heard that Lin Chen was going back to Earth to see Trunks, he immediately volunteered to go along, and Goku naturally joined in the fun.

“Alright.”
Lin Chen interrupted this odd couple and said, “Bulma, let Trunks out. I have some special medicine.”
“Senzu Bean? No need. He’s almost healed. Trunks was just exhausted; his injuries weren’t severe.”
As Bulma spoke, she pressed a few buttons on the medical machine. After a few seconds, the healing liquid began to drain, and Trunks slowly opened his eyes.
Upon seeing the person in front of him clearly, Trunks, still wearing a breathing mask, spoke in a somewhat tired voice, “Mr. Lin Chen… It’s so good to see you all again…”
Later, in a resting room, Trunks sat before Lin Chen and the others, his face filled with worry as he held a cup of hot cocoa.
Seeing his troubled expression, Lin Chen furrowed his brows and asked, “Trunks, did something happen in your world?”
“Mr. Lin Chen?” Trunks immediately appeared uneasy upon hearing his name spoken by Lin Chen.
But Vegeta immediately interjected, “We already know everything; you don’t have to worry. The you of this world has already been born!”
Then Trunks saw Bulma shake little Trunks in front of him.
“Oh, I see. Trunks of this world was born a year earlier than me in that world,” Trunks sighed with emotion. Then he turned to Lin Chen and said, “Mr. Lin Chen, you were right. Something unexpected happened in my world…”
“Did Dr. Gero find you?”
“No, it was worse than that! Mom… Mom… she was turned into an Android!”
Trunks’s recollection plunged the audience into a somber atmosphere. No one expected that in just a year, the situation in Trunks’ world would deteriorate to such an extent.

Returning to one year ago, Future Trunks’ World.
Shortly after Future Trunks returned from Lin Chen’s world and told Bulma about Lin Chen, he began preparing to go back to Lin Chen’s world. The most important thing was ensuring Bulma’s safety once he was gone.
During Trunks’ absence, Androids attacked Earth. Although they temporarily left for unknown reasons, Trunks had to ensure that his mother wouldn’t encounter danger again.
However, just as Trunks was preparing a new shelter, two strangers suddenly appeared at his doorstep.
These two strangers were a young-looking guy with a short stature and a tall, long-haired old man.
