Adventurer’s Forum is a website where enthusiasts who love to explore and adventure in the wild, ruins, and other places gather.
Many adventurers discuss on this forum to find new adventure spots or share their experiences.
However, a video uploaded some time ago caused an immediate sensation within just a few hours.
“Trainers Challenging the Legend” was an eye-catching title. Upon clicking, viewers found a battle video featuring four Trainers fighting the Legendary Pokémon Regirock.
The video fully showcased the immense power of the Legendary Pokémon, especially its nearly invincible recovery ability in the ruins, which left viewers in awe.
“Who are they?” An active forum user exclaimed. He watched the video repeatedly and confirmed that these four people, who appeared briefly, were not well-known adventurers.
Comment 16# : Dream Come True Adventure Team? Has anyone heard of this team?
Comment 18# : No idea.
Wherever Legendary Pokémon appear, it inevitably sparks a heated discussion, as they are the biggest attention-grabbers. The Adventurer’s Forum attracts people from all over the world, including people from Kanto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Kalos.
Comment 21# : This is the Hoenn Desert… I know this place! Regirock, there’s still a Regirock here!
Comment 32# : Didn’t anyone notice the rainstorm at the beginning? This is in the desert! What’s with that Rain Dance… Did Altaria do it?
Comment 45#: Those four Trainers are really strong… They managed to suppress Regirock and make it flee.
In a short time, the video was widely shared and uploaded to other platforms, causing a surge of interest in “Trainers Challenging the Legend” title.
Countless people were excited. Those in Hoenn wanted to go to the Desert Ruins, while those far from Hoenn also wanted to find the Legendary Pokémon, hoping to experience the feeling of challenging a legend.
Although the battle video was edited, many people noticed that it was four people simultaneously challenging Regirock. However, the deliberate editing greatly exaggerated Regirock’s strength, making many realize just how powerful this Regirock truly was.
“If the battle took place in an environment favorable to Regirock, even the Elite Four might not be able to defeat it one-on-one.”
“These four Trainers are very young. To be able to do this is already quite impressive.”
In short, through this video, many people learned about the Dream Come True Adventure Team. They also memorized the faces of Terrance and the other three. Adding to the previous viral video of battling Zapdos, the “Challenging the Legend” trend emerged.

Mauville City.
Terrance still stayed here, waiting for the Pokémon Contest.
During this period, Mauville City was flooded with people of various identities, most of whom were Trainers.
These were people hoping to enter the Hoenn Desert, eager to challenge the Legendary Pokémon themselves. However, the desert is very dangerous. As things escalated, the police sealed it off.
Except for a few Trainers like Brandon, most were stopped, with a rule stating that Trainers without eight Badges were forbidden to pass.
As for Reporters and ordinary people who were just there to watch the fun, they were not even allowed to enter and cause trouble.
It’s worth mentioning that Steven got the news early and was among the first batch to enter the Hoenn Desert. In the end, he did gain some rewards.
It’s said that under the ruins where Regirock was sealed, Steven found some ancient Pokémon fossils in the dilapidated underground, making the trip worthwhile for him.
“It’s really causing a big stir.” Terrance did not stay at the Pokémon Center, as it was already full, and to their surprise, they were also quickly recognized, causing quite a commotion. Many people approached them, asking about Regirock.
To avoid the questioning, the Adventure Team rented a hotel for two weeks until the commotion died down.
After some time, Albert and Murasakibara left Mauville City. Soon after, the three members of the Adventure Team met Mr. Brandon and also left Mauville City. Now, only Terrance remained.
“Mauville Conference is about to start. Given the lively atmosphere of Mauville City… there will definitely a large audience,” Terrance thought.
Mauville City is no smaller than Lilycove City in terms of size, and the Pokémon Contest Hall here is also very luxurious, so it should be an intense competition.
For the Mauville Conference, Terrance plans to let Castform participate, as it volunteered for it.
Initially, Terrance’s plan was to have Mismagius perform first. Castform had little understanding of Pokémon Contests and initially had no intention of participating. However, after Altaria’s participation in the contest, it gained some understanding.
Having a curious mindset, Castform also wanted to give it a try.
After evolving, Mismagius became very composed and took good care of its close new companion. It generously gave up the chance to participate, opting to compete in the next contest instead.
“Castform will participate in the Mauville Conference, Mismagius in the next one, and Growlithe will compete in the final Pokémon Contest.”
“Let’s have Growlithe accumulate enough experience before the fifth Pokémon Contest in Hoenn, then evolve it into Arcanine before entering the contest!”
Staying at the hotel, Terrance focused all his attention on preparing Castform for the Mauville Conference.
Castform had absorbed the Dragon Orb, making its Rain Dance move incredibly powerful. The Rain Dance it used in the Hoenn Desert was the peak performance of its move.
Remember, it was a scorching desert, yet it was able to resonate with the rain clouds and suppress the sandstorm raised by Regirock!
Castform was quite proud of its feat. Although Terrance was also proud, Castform’s attitude was really problematic, so he had to bring it down a notch: “Don’t get cocky, you just took advantage of Damp Rock. It’s all thanks to Damp Rock that you were able to summon the rain clouds!”
“And Mystic Water!” Terrance added.
Terrance temporarily hung the Mystic Water on Castform as an accessory. Mystic Water was manageable for Castform’s size, but the Damp Rock was heavier and larger than Castform. Without Altaria’s help, Castform couldn’t have used it.
“So, you can’t be careless in this Pokémon Contest. I might let you use Mystic Water depending on the situation, but don’t even think about the Damp Rock.”
