Boom!
The landing stirred up a cloud of dust! The area where they landed remained chaotic, with people wildly shooting at each other or swinging their weapons, trying to turn their opponents into meat piles!
As soon as Arthur and the Abomination touched down, shots were fired in their direction.
“Everyone’s gone crazy!” Arthur’s forehead filled with veins as he clenched his fist, and the bullets hit him just as he activated his steel-like defense.
The sounds of clanging bullets filled the air, but he remained completely unharmed!
The Abomination roared in anger and swung his fists, smashing a robust man who had jumped in with a battle axe into a pulp!
Arthur tossed a bunch of Earth-made bombs onto the ground and then, with the Abomination’s assistance, leaped once more…
In mid-air, a series of screams echoed. Looking back, Arthur saw someone flailing wildly through the air.
The Abomination caught the person, and when Arthur recognized him, he almost threw him away.
It was the scheming vendor who had demanded ten thousand Units for the stone slab!
The vendor recognized Arthur as well and quickly said, “The slab is yours; save me!”
“Give it here!” Arthur said.
While Arthur spoke, the Abomination had already landed on the ground.
Across the street stood a gigantic green-skinned monster clad in gladiator armor, with a tail swinging behind it and a dinosaur head on top.
The monster was enormous and incredibly strong, tossing people around like ragdolls.
“Here you go!” The vendor’s voice interrupted Arthur’s observation as he handed over a stone slab.
Arthur touched the slab, and it instantly disappeared.
“Save me!” The vendor pleaded desperately.
Arthur patted the vendor’s shoulder, and he was immediately transported into the Disassembler Space.
At that moment, The Eye of Horus revealed that the dinosaur-headed giant had spotted Arthur and the Abomination!
With a roar, the monster charged toward them, its scarlet eyes filled with murderous intent.
Arthur controlled the Abomination, and with a roar, he charged forward as well.
The clash between the two massive figures caused the ground to tremble as if an earthquake had struck.
With a resounding boom, both sides threw their punches, generating a fierce wind that ravaged the surroundings.
Arthur’s black coat billowed violently in the wind as he prepared to shoot, but then he saw the dinosaur-headed giant let out a painful roar, its arm twisted into an odd arc from the tremendous force.
At that moment, Arthur directed the Abomination to grab the giant by the neck, lift it up, and hurl it into the air!
The giant’s massive body sliced through the air with a whistling sound. Arthur looked up and saw a group of oddly-shaped spaceships approaching.
These spaceships were round and grayish, with small wings that made them look like locusts!
“Kree’s spaceships!” The expression on Arthur’s face changed when he saw this. Despite having bypassed the war zones and arrived in the new Nova Empire’s rear, how had these ships appeared?
Even if it was the Kree, it wasn’t a big deal, as their arrival didn’t directly conflict with Arthur’s departure. However, in a stroke of bad luck, the dinosaur-headed giant collided with one of the Kree ships, causing a sudden explosion that created a beautiful firework display!
The spaceships, initially heading to their destination, seemed momentarily stunned before immediately turning towards Arthur and the Abomination.
“Damn it!” Arthur tossed the vendor out of the Disassembler Space while ignoring his dazed state. The Abomination leaped into the air, heading toward the rendezvous point with Peter Quill.
However, the pursuing spaceships were relentless and fired furiously.
Arthur took a few hits and felt a wave of formless energy and the look on his face changed: “I can’t just be a passive target!!”
If the enemy locked onto him and fired in unison, he wasn’t sure how many hits he could endure.
Just as he thought this, the Abomination landed, and Arthur directed it to turn and leap again.
The chasing spaceships were flying at high speed, and suddenly, a massive Abomination appeared in their path, grabbing onto one of the spaceships. The immense weight caused the spaceship to recoil uncontrollably.
The pilot immediately pushed forward with the firepower, countering the impact, but the Abomination managed to hold its ground.
With fists like wheels, the Abomination hammered away with immense force, and the spaceship, unable to withstand the Abomination’s terrifying strength, fell to the ground, emitting black smoke.
Arthur looked up and, before the spaceship hit the ground, directed the Abomination to attack another one.
At the same time, Arthur fired an energy projectile in an arc, hitting the propulsion system of one spaceship.
With a loud explosion, the spaceship’s propulsion system failed, and it spun down to the ground.
The ground shook violently as the Abomination took down another spaceship. Without Arthur’s control, it didn’t leap again but landed directly on the ground.
With a thought, the Abomination roared and smashed its arms down, pulverizing the spaceship on the ground.
The pilot inside was beyond recognition, a bloody mess, and the other soldiers in the cabin were also dead.
The Abomination picked up a piece of metal armor and hurled it, hitting and bringing down another spaceship with a whistling sound.
There were originally six spaceships: one was destroyed by the crocodile-head monster, three were taken down by the Abomination, and Arthur disabled one.
The final spaceship, seeing the situation, did not retreat but charged directly at the Abomination with full thrust.
Its ammunition poured out, hitting the Abomination’s chest and sending sparks flying. Arthur jumped onto the Abomination’s back, clinging to it, and guided the Abomination to charge at the spaceship.
With the roar of the spaceship and the Abomination’s fury, they collided violently.
Though the Abomination was massive, the spaceship seemed insignificant in comparison.
Even so, despite pushing its firepower to the limit, the spaceship made no progress!
“Rooooar!!!!!!!!”
Amid the roar, the Abomination used all its strength to press the still-floating spaceship down onto the ground.
Boom!
A dull thud was the sound of the spaceship hitting the ground.
Ammunition continued to fire wildly, and the Abomination reached in and removed the onboard weapons, casually tossing them aside.
In the next moment, the Abomination roared with unparalleled fury and pounded the spaceship with powerful fists.
The hull shattered, revealing the pale-blue pilot inside. The pilot jumped out, intending to fight the Abomination, but was immediately grabbed and crushed by the Abomination, with blood bursting forth.
The corpse was discarded, and before the soldiers inside the spaceship could escape, the Abomination, in a fit of rage, flattened the entire spaceship into a metal pancake.
