Liam and Robin hiked along the reverse river as if they were on a leisurely walk, making their way to Reverse Mountain.

The four Reverse Rivers, originating from the East, South, West, and North Blue, converged here, forming a lake of turbulent currents at the summit. From there, the water cascaded down the Grand Line side of the river at an even faster rate!

Liam put down his pack, leaned on his iron pole, and stretched contentedly.

At the top of the Red Line, he looked back and saw the vastness of the West Blue which was endless. Around him, the North Blue, East Blue, and South Blue stretched as far as the eye could see. It felt like the entirety of the world’s oceans were condensed in front of him.

“Oh……!!!”

A slightly tired Robin couldn’t help but smile as she watched Liam spread his arms and shout excitedly.

There probably weren’t many people who could stand here and enjoy such a magnificent view.

Using his Rod as a pen, Liam carefully inscribed: “Liam was here!”

Robin noticed that the characters Liam was writing in the red soil were the square characters from the books on the shelves inside the ghost’s City Fortress.

“Are you hungry?” Liam asked.

Robin touched her flat stomach before saying, “I’m fine…”

Liam said, “Well, I’m hungry! B, get some food. Let’s have a picnic at the highest point in the world.”

‘You just had a big meal…’ Robin thought as she saw food appear out of nowhere next to Liam.

The two of them sat and ate some simple dry rations. With the sea breeze blowing and occasional patches of fog drifting by, it was quite relaxing and enjoyable!

“Whoa oh oh oh oh…”

As they ate, a group of screaming voices quickly approached from below.

A pirate ship was racing up the turbulent river. The huge ship shot up to Reverse Mountain, and the excited pirates on deck shouted into the wind. They turned their heads in amazement to see two people sitting on top of Reverse Mountain.

“Am I seeing things? How can there be people in a place like this?”

The pirate who had mocked Liam in the weapon shop on Lasgap Island almost had his eyes pop out at the sight.

Liam didn’t even bother to look up and continued to eat.

“And they’re… having… a… meal… ah…”

Robin, drinking a bottle of water, barely glanced at the pirates on the ship before it sped along the accelerated current toward the Grand Line, their screams fading into the distant sound of the rushing water.

“Let’s check over there.”

After eating, Liam pulled Robin along. With B.I.B.’s help, they crossed the West Blue River to the northern part of Reverse Mountain.

Liam stood at the edge of the red cliff and looked down.

“The sea below… is that the end of the second half of the Grand Line?”

Robin, also quite moved, muttered, “Is that the last island the Pirate King reached?”

“The last island probably isn’t just below us,” Liam laughed. “Otherwise the Marines would have controlled it by now.”

Robin thought for a moment and nodded in agreement.

In the sea below, known as the “New World,” was probably the destination the Roger pirates had reached on their first voyage – Laugh Tale, the last island. Liam pondered, grabbing the green Den Den Mushi and rubbing it. “Can you take pictures? It would be a shame not to capture such a beautiful place.”

He squeezed its lollipop-like eyes gently, and the little green creature blinked twice, making “boru boru” noises.

Robin stroked her hair, which was tousled by the sea breeze, and reminded him, “Just like communication requires a receiver, a Den Den Mushi used for photography requires a special camera attachment. Otherwise, you can’t develop photos.”

“I see.” Liam realized and flicked the green Den Den Mushi. “You really are useless, aren’t you?”

After admiring the view and resting for a while at the top of Reverse Mountain, Liam and Robin began a leisurely descent down the red slope along the river leading to the Grand Line, as if they were on a tourist hike.

As they passed through layers of clouds, accompanied by the sound of the rushing river, they got closer and closer to the sea at the base of the mountain.

“What’s that?”

Robin vaguely saw a huge shadow moving behind the clouds, dipping down and then suddenly disappearing.

‘Is it Laboon?’ Liam wondered.

Eventually, they reached the base of the mountain, where they saw lighthouses on both sides.

“Hmm?”

Crocus, who was sitting in a deck chair at Twin Cape reading a newspaper, turned his head to see two people coming down from the Red Line.

“…”

Meanwhile, Robin noticed the broken planks of a pirate ship floating on the turbulent water at the river’s exit.

Liam exclaimed, “Could that group of pirates from earlier have already perished?”

Robin replied, “It could be connected to this shadow…”

“Why don’t we ask that stylish grandpa in the flowery shirt?” Liam suggested with a grin.

Carrying his Iron Rod over his shoulder, he walked over to Crocus, who was reading his newspaper in front of the lighthouse and greeted him, “Hi, my name is Liam. What’s yours?”

‘Weren’t we supposed to ask about the pirates?’ Robin followed in silence.

“Liam…” Crocus folded his newspaper and studied the young man before him. “My name is Crocus, the keeper of the Twin Cape Lighthouse. According to the newspapers, your name should be Chopper Giorno.”

Liam spread his arms like an accordion and said cheerfully, “Fake news!”

“Huh?” Crocus naturally didn’t understand.

“That was a fake name I gave to a reporter in passing,” Liam laughed. “I didn’t expect you to read those stories too, Grandpa.”

Crocus looked around; on one side was the vast sea of the Grand Line, on the other the barren Red Line, and in between were the two lamppost-like lighthouses.

A small smile appeared on the old man’s stern face. “I have a very full range of activities here, not boring at all. I just read the paper now and then.”

Liam lowered an eyelid and made a funny face.

“And by the way, I’m only 50. Don’t call me Grandpa.” Crocus shook his paper.

Just then, Robin suddenly called out, “Liam, over there…” She pointed to the sea in front of them.

There were several pirates clinging to a broken piece of the ship’s plank, swimming desperately toward them.

Bang!

Bang!

Suddenly, loud bangs echoed from the Red Line beneath their feet.

“Aaaaaahhhhhhh!” The pirates, clinging to the broken planks and desperately swimming, screamed.

“Again?!”

In their desperation, they were swept away by the chaotic sea currents and disappeared beneath the waves.

Seeing this, Liam muttered, “What’s going on here…”

Robin looked at the iron rod Liam was twirling in his hand and thought, “Shouldn’t I be asking you what’s going on?
