On the vast sea, the massive three-masted sailing ship of the Fangtooth Pirate Crew cuts through the waves.
“Hā hā hā hā hā! Little ones, let’s celebrate together!”
“We’ve shaken off those annoying damn marines again… Cheers!”
“Cheers!!”
On the deck, dozens of pirates are laughing and drinking heartily, the scene filled with singing and dancing.
Some pirates are so happy that they begin to playfully fight each other, their joy growing with each blow.
With a bounty of 8.1 million berries, known as the “Mustache of Fangtooth,” the big mustached captain swallows an entire barrel of rum, slams the jug down, and laughs heartily, “This way, the marines will surely increase my bounty! Ka dá dá dá dá!”
His drunken crewmates laughingly comment, “The captain will soon reach a bounty of 10 million berries!”
“10 Million! 10 Million!”
Others join in with cheers and compliments.
“A 10 million berry bounty, that’s a real big-time pirate!” A pirate on the ship waves his sword above his head and whistles, “Captain, we’re also becoming the dominant pirate crew of the West Blue!”
The pirates burst into laughter again. The mustachioed captain, pleased with himself, says modestly, “Oh, come on! It’s all thanks to our new partner here!”
As he says this, the pirates all look to a corner of the deck where a slender, pale-faced man with short hair, resembling a frail scholar, is standing.
“Ohhh!”
“Don’t be so distant! Come and celebrate with us! Our great hero – Fenrir!”
The mustachioed captain laughs heartily, “Thanks to the clever mind of our new partner, we were able to ruthlessly teach those pesky marines a lesson! Of course, it’s also thanks to my own strength!”
He proudly moves to pull Fenrir, the slender man, over to drink with them.
Fenrir carefully avoids him, steps forward, and joins the other pirates for a drink.
“You’re so cold, man!”
“Talking costs no money, why don’t you talk more?”
“And you rarely smile, loosen up a bit!”
“Someone so unenthusiastic, how did you ever think of becoming a pirate? Weird!”
Fenrir, who resembles a frail strategist among the pirates, shrugs off the teasing, drinks half a cup of cheap malt liquor, and retreats to the edge of the crowd.
…
In a place unnoticed by the pirates, a masked face enveloped in dark energy approaches from afar across the sea.
The masked eyes glow white and hover above the heads of the laughing and drinking pirates.
…
“Captain, hiccup~” The Vice Captain leans over to the tall, mustachioed Captain, raises his cup, and laughs, “Maybe… we can go to the Grand Line!”
“Ohhhhhh! Are we going to Grand Line?” The other pirates are immediately excited.
This era is called the Great Pirate Era, doesn’t mean that there weren’t many pirates on the seas before Roger was executed; it means that after Roger was executed, people who had been living peacefully all over the world suddenly went crazy and started becoming pirates.
Originally, there were countless pirates on the four seas of this world.
However, more than two years ago, the man who conquered the treacherous and terrifying Grand Line, the man known to the world as the Pirate King, uttered a dying sentence that drew the attention of countless pirates all over the world to that ONE PIECE, the enormous treasure the Pirate King left behind on his last island…
And so countless pirates, evil and powerful, driven by ambition, driven by dreams, flocked to the unpredictable Grand Line!
“Grand Line!” Exclaimed the tall, mustachioed captain, raising his glass.
“Ohhhhhh!” The pirates cheered excitedly.
The tall mustached captain hiccupped, then put down his glass. “Let’s forget about the Grand Line!”
“You mean we’re not going anymore?” The pirates were disappointed, but quickly burst into laughter on deck, saying, “All right, forget it then! Hā hā hā hā hā!”
The tall, mustachioed captain continued, “Next, we’re going to Musexin Island! To attend the wedding…”
The deputy captain hiccupped and chuckled, “I never imagined that the people from ‘Bullets’ would be so bold as to join forces directly with us pirates…”
…
“Musexin Island?”
Inside the ‘channel’ in the water, Liam flew through, held by the faceless armor.
Through the virtual screen in front of him, he heard the voice from the masked side.
“A wedding? Bullets? Isn’t ‘Bullets’ the criminal organization led by Capone? This guy really has a connection to weddings!”
…
On the ship, a heavily drunk pirate shook his hand, and the cup fell into the sea.
“Aahhh!” He exclaimed in shock, stumbling and falling beside the ship, looking down. Beside him, the new strategist said, “Are you looking for this?”
Fenrir picked up the cup and tossed it to the pirate.
The pirate caught the cup, stunned, and said, “But it clearly fell…” Suddenly, he glanced over and noticed something unusual stirring on the surface of the sea not far away.
“What’s that?”
The slightly tipsy lookout searched for a while before turning his attention to the telescope’s eyepiece.
“That’s a big splash!”
“Could it be a sea beast?”
“Maybe it’s an island whale, that would be really lucky!”
“Hā hā hā hā…”
While the other pirates laughed and didn’t think much of it, the big-mustached captain suddenly changed his expression.
“Wait a minute!”
The Tall Mustached Captain immediately sobered up and shouted, “You idiots, this isn’t a sea beast at all!”
“It’s moving so fast!”
“Ah! That’s… someone can already see the faintly visible white clothing under the water’s surface, that huge insignia like a blue seagull,” someone said, “It’s the Marines!!! My God, why are they so huge?!”
Bang! Huā lā!
A massive figure emerged from the water beside the pirate ship, Morley creating an astonishing wave that drenched all the pirates on deck.
“It’s the rumored Giant Marine!!!” The tall, mustachioed captain looked up at the burly giant with the tangled facial hair, his face becoming extremely unpleasant. “Damn, how did we meet this guy?”
“Hmm?” Morley tilted his head at the densely packed pirates on the ship. “Why is everybody staring at me? Do you all like me that much?”
“You swim really fast, Morley.” Someone on the giant’s shoulder actually spoke.
The pirates focused their attention on a black-haired youth. The deputy captain, just awakened by the waves, recognized the silhouette of the youth on the giant’s shoulder and exclaimed, “It’s him! The young hunter who’s been in the news lately!”
“Why is a bounty hunter teaming up with a Giant Marine?!”
“Who knows! Quick, bring out the guns!”
“Where is the artillery? Second Commander, bring out all the artillery!”
The tall, mustachioed captain roared, drawing his handguns from his waist and ruthlessly aiming them at the Giant Marine clinging to the ship’s rail.
Bang!
Morley nonchalantly raised his hand to block the bullets. The lead bullets left only faint marks on his thick skin.
On the drenched deck, the pirates rolled out a cannon and aimed it at Morley’s head.
“Sizz…” They struggled to light the fuse but were covered by a shadow that flew in.
Several pirates looked up in desperation.
Morley nonchalantly swept the deck, knocking the cannon and several pirates aside as they groaned in pain.
“Shall I leave some for you?” Morley asked as he cleaned up the pirates on the ship, taking a moment to talk to the boy on his shoulder.
Liam smiled, “Of course!”
With a slight jump, he landed on the deck with a “bang”.
He almost slipped but managed to steady himself thanks to his daily practice of Lily’s gymnastics, which showed excellent coordination.
“Heh…” Someone behind the crowd chuckled softly but quickly stopped.
Glancing in the direction of the laughter, Liam quickly looked back at the bedraggled pirates in front of him and chuckled, “Well, those who can knock me down, I’ll give you a chance to jump into the sea and escape. How about that? The deal seems fair.”
The big pirate captain and his crew looked puzzled but saw no objection from Morley.
“You arrogant little brat!”
“Don’t underestimate us!”
The pirates roared as they charged Liam.
The tall, mustachioed captain wasted no time in pointing his guns directly at Liam from behind the crowd.
“No weapons allowed!” Morley extended a finger and knocked the large mustached captain to the ground.
Meanwhile, Liam had already swooped through the swarm of pirate henchmen rushing toward him, knocking them down one by one and leaving them sprawled on the deck.
“It’s okay to use guns,” Liam said, stepping up to the tall, mustachioed captain and facing the dark barrels pointed at him. “If you shoot, and if you win, it’ll still be against me.”
The mask flew towards the faceless armor and clicked into place. ‘B.I.B.’ drifted aside, watching.
“You damned brat!” The tall, mustachioed captain shouted angrily, “Pay for your arrogance!”
Bang!
He pulled the trigger.
The green Den Den Mushi in Liam’s pocket jumped in surprise and curled up tightly. But it clearly felt a whirlwind of movement as Liam’s speed increased!
Immediately after, the small green creature heard a heavy object crash to the ground from inside its pocket.
Peering out of the pocket, it saw a large, mustachioed human figure collapsed on the deck, eyes rolled back, clutching a weapon that was still emitting faint puffs of smoke.
Liam put his foot down.
He wiped his cheek where the bullet had grazed, leaving a shallow mark.
“Phew!”
Liam whistled and chuckled, “That was close! Almost got killed there!”
“So,” Liam turned and scanned the pirates still standing, “Who’s next? Come on! More guns? Swords are fine too!”
Seeing the young hunter eager for a fight like a madman, the other pirates were on the verge of tears.
…
A few minutes later, Liam was sitting on a pile of pirate bodies.
“So exhausting!”
Liam shook his neck, then stomped on a pirate’s head, “Just keep playing dead, don’t move!”
Whimpering, the pirate silently shed tears of frustration, glancing forcefully in one direction, seeming to ask, “Why not him? Why this unfair treatment?
Liam looked over.
There was only one pirate left on the deck of this ship. It was the tall, slender man who looked like a delicate military strategist.
Fenrir pursed his lips, keeping himself from retreating. He watched closely as the youth who had been sitting on the pile of pirates jumped down, waved his arms, smiled, and walked slowly toward him.
“Do you believe in gravity?”
Liam approached him and extended his left hand into the empty space.
“Do you believe our meeting was meaningful?”
Whoosh, a pitch-black energy invisible to the naked eye wrapped around a forearm armor covered in blue flame patterns and clicked into place. Liam walked up to the man in front of him and raised his hand directly into the man’s chest.
“Nico.Robin?”
Liam suddenly pulled out his hand, with spiral flower patterns on blue flame lines between five fingers.
The man in front of him collapsed as if crumbling, countless petals peeling off and falling like a tidal wave.
