Lin Rui’s actions that triggered changes in the entire laboratory naturally surprised Bucky, who was sitting on the side. Although he hadn’t fully recovered, Bucky stood up and walked over to Lin Rui.
“Jackson… What are you doing?” Standing next to Lin Rui and looking at the pale blue holographic projection before them, Bucky asked nervously.
“Nothing much, Uncle Bucky, I’m just curious about this laboratory. Plus, I happened to crack this thing on my wrist.” Lin Rui replied simply, raising his hand with the black bead on it.
Normally, after attending T’Challa’s coronation ceremony, once T’Challa had some free time, he would send Bucky and Lin Rui away. While Bucky and Lin Rui had already witnessed the real Wakanda, their presence wouldn’t have any significant impact on the nation.
Besides, considering Bucky’s close relationship with T’Challa, he knew Bucky would keep their secrets.
However, since Lin Rui wanted to get involved in the Black Panther storyline and prevent Wakanda from remaining hidden, he couldn’t allow T’Challa to simply send him away.
So, Lin Rui’s plan was to first gain enough attention from T’Challa and his people. Without revealing his Phantom Knight identity, showcasing his genius in technology was a sure way to make them take notice.

The screen displayed the distribution and content of vibranium within the mine, presenting it clearly to Lin Rui and Bucky.
“So much of it…” Lin Rui was taken aback by the massive reserves of vibranium displayed on the screen. The area below the entire mine was almost covered with vibranium, sufficient for centuries of mining at Wakanda’s current rate. No wonder they built the maglev trains underground; they truly had an abundance of vibranium!
“Compared to T’Challa’s wealth, Tony casually blowing up a few dozen Iron Man suits doesn’t make him much of a tycoon!” Lin Rui muttered to himself, calculating the value of the vibranium.
Even though Tony Stark Industries was wealthy, and each Iron Man suit cost hundreds of millions to produce, if they were made from vibranium, the cost per suit would increase by hundreds of times. Wakanda’s vibranium reserves were enough for Tony to create an undying Iron Man regiment.
Bucky also saw the screen’s contents; Lin Rui had informed him about vibranium the previous night. However, they were both currently under surveillance, so Bucky had to suppress his astonishment and continue playing the role of Lin Rui’s uncle.
“Jackson, this might not be a good idea… If you damage anything, it could be troublesome for T’Challa and the others!”

After a brief acknowledgment, Lin Rui waved his hand a few times in front of him. The screen’s image vanished.
It wasn’t because Lin Rui had truly heeded Bucky’s advice and was cooperating with him in acting; it was because Lin Rui knew that the laboratory alarm had already alerted Shuri as soon as he cracked the system. By now, she should have rushed back.
As expected, just as Lin Rui had withdrawn his hand from the screen, the laboratory door quickly opened. Shuri, under the protection of several Dora Milaje, rushed in anxiously. Upon seeing Lin Rui and Bucky standing at the control console, with the console clearly in an activated state, Shuri’s expression became very unpleasant.

As he shouted, Lin Rui started to run. During the time the Dora Milaje were arresting Lin Rui, Bucky had surrendered by raising both hands. Since Lin Rui’s earlier glance had conveyed everything to Bucky, he naturally wouldn’t choose to fight at this point.
After Bucky raised both hands in surrender, the approaching female warriors quickly controlled Bucky’s actions by pointing their weapons at him. Meanwhile, a few others pursued Lin Rui around the laboratory.
After a half-circle chase, Lin Rui was cornered by two female warriors and finally apprehended. Then, Lin Rui was brought over to Bucky’s side and stood in front of Shuri, appearing like a defendant awaiting judgment.
However, after already reviewing the security footage during the time the Dora Milaje apprehended Lin Rui, Shuri’s expression had undergone significant changes. At least, she was no longer as angry as she had been initially, and her gaze toward Lin Rui seemed to contain more than just anger.
“Bring me his Kimoyo bead.” Shuri extended her hand and pointed at Lin Rui as she addressed the Dora Milaje.
“Hey hey! What are you all doing?! I haven’t done anything!” Seeing a fierce-looking female warrior reaching for his wrist, Lin Rui shouted in fear.

However, how could the “timid” Lin Rui be a match for the royal female warriors of Wakanda? His Kimoyo bead was quickly taken away.
