Susan, dressed in a white robe, stepped out of the main hall with several believing girls to reassure the frightened crowd.
The barrier surrounding the church was much stronger than the one surrounding the entire city. Although many evil dragons and monsters had gathered outside to attack the barrier, it was impossible for them to break through.
“Saintess Sama, please save us! Save us!”
Despite Susan’s assurances, the terrified crowd couldn’t calm down. Some even knelt on the ground, weeping bitterly and begging Susan.

“Mai, you must listen to us this time and join us in believing in Holy Lord-sama here.
The girl’s mother also spoke hastily.
The couple had been driven to the brink of madness by the terrifying monsters outside. They couldn’t join the Saintess Religion themselves, but if their daughter could, then it was okay.
No matter what happened in the future, at least they could feel a bit more at ease now.
As for what would happen later, they could deal with that later!

The girl had never thought about believing in any holy Lord Gods. She looked completely lost.

“As long as you become one of us, you will understand how great our Holy Lord is.”
Susan spoke in a gentle voice, and her holy aura gradually calmed the girl who had been nervous and at a loss.
