Sensing Tenraku’s gaze, Grayfia, who stood behind Sirzechs, glanced slightly at Tenraku. Her cold eyes showed no fluctuations in expression or movement, looking identical to the real Grayfia. But Tenraku knew that it couldn’t be the real Grayfia, because the real one was currently in his shadow!
Since the figure couldn’t possibly be the real Grayfia, it must be an imitation. It seemed that the God of the Holy Bible had created this impostor to take Grayfia’s place so as not to arouse suspicion about her disappearance.
“Tenraku-San, please come over. We’re waiting for you,” Sirzechs called out, seemingly unaware of Tenraku’s unusual behavior.
“My apologies, Sirzechs-Sama and everyone else, for keeping you waiting,” Tenraku replied with a slight smile, returning to his usual self. Then he walked over to the conference table where the various leaders were seated.
There was only one seat left at the table and Tenraku confidently took it. As for Rias and Sona’s group, they stood behind Tenraku.
Yubelluna, Akeno and Shinra Tsubaki, who belonged to Tenraku’s group, stood beside them. But even Rias, who came from the Gremory family and was next in line for leadership, and Sona, the princess of the House of Sitri, had no choice but to stand.
The leaders gathered in this conference room were all high-ranking bosses, each with immense power. Even compared to the guards and attendants standing nearby, Rias and Sona’s group was at the bottom in terms of seniority and rank.
“It’s been a while, Father-in-Law, and Lord Shemhazai, Lord Odin,” Tenraku greeted familiar faces like Michael and Azazel before exchanging nods with Baraqiel and others.
“Tenraku-San may not be familiar with many of the leaders present. Allow me to introduce them,” Sirzechs said, noting Tenraku’s unfamiliarity with some of the leaders.
Sirzechs then went on to introduce several prominent figures from various mythologies, including Thor from Norse mythology, Zeus and Apollo from Greek mythology, Amaterasu-ōmikami and Tsukuyomi-ōmikami from Japanese mythology, Vishnu from Hinduism, Varuṇa the Asura King from Asura mythology, and Lugh the God of Light from Celtic mythology.
All were legendary figures, each with a formidable reputation.
Rias’s group was visibly astonished, but Tenraku managed to keep his composure despite feeling a slight ripple of surprise. As Sirzechs introduced each leader, Tenraku greeted them politely.
“Finally, we have Heavenly Emperor Shakro Devaanām Indraḥ and the Eastern Mythology Mount Meru Great Victorious Fighting Buddha Sun Wukong,” Sirzechs said, pointing to the two figures standing off to the side.
Śakro Devānām Indraḥ, dressed in monk’s robes, was a robust figure known as Indra, the god who defeated the Asura King. He was considered the strongest deity among the top experts of the various factions.
As for Sun Wukong, who stood next to Sakro Devānām Indraḥ, his appearance was in stark contrast to the legendary Bikou. Sun Wukong appeared as a thin elderly man, probably less than three feet tall, with shiny golden monkey fur. He held a pipe in his mouth and wore trendy sunglasses on his head.
Despite Bikou’s impressive appearance, Sun Wukong seemed too old for the role. Because of his height, if he stood on the ground, those on the other side of the conference table wouldn’t be able to see his head. So Sun Wukong sat cross-legged on a golden cloud floating in the air.
“Śakro Devānām Indraḥ-sama, Sun Wukong Sama,” Tenraku respectfully greeted both individuals, regardless of their appearance.
There was no need to mention Śakro Devānām Indraḥ, but even Sun Wukong’s slender figure radiated an extremely dangerous aura to Tenraku. Although he looked frail now, once in battle, he would likely transform into a formidable humanoid monkey capable of shaking heaven and earth!
Shakro Devaanām Indraḥ nodded at Tenraku impassively, and whether it was Tenraku’s misunderstanding or not, he felt that Heavenly Emperor-sama seemed somewhat displeased with him. On the other hand, Sun Wukong, who was sitting on the golden cloud, seemed to be quite interested in him.
“Red Dragon Emperor, you’re quite impressive. You almost killed that monster 666 (Trihexa), and I heard that Bikou from our side also received your ‘care’ in the past,” Sun Wukong remarked.
“I only fought 666 (Trihexa) a few times when it was weak, right after its resurrection. If it were at full strength, I wouldn’t dare face it,” Tenraku replied with a smile. “As for Bikou, I only taught him a lesson when he caused trouble in the Underworld in the past.”
“Do you want to avenge him, Senior?” Tenraku asked, unafraid despite Sun Wukong’s reputation as the Great Victorious Fighting Buddha.
“No need for revenge. That little brat Bikou’s skills are no match for others. If he wants to regain his reputation, he should take care of it himself. I don’t care about his problems,” Sun Wukong said, puffing on his pipe.
“But I am somewhat interested in you. If we get a chance, let’s spar a little,” He added with a grin.
“Sure!” Tenraku nodded and a spark of excitement flashed in his eyes. The opportunity to spar with the legendary Great Sage Equal To Heaven was something he was looking forward to.
“Tenraku-San should be familiar with everyone here by now. Let’s officially begin the meeting,” Sirzechs said, clapping his hands, and no one objected.
The topic of the meeting was undoubtedly 666 (Trihexa). Although Tenraku had dealt 666 (Trihexa) a severe blow shortly after his resurrection, it must have recovered significantly in the past few days. His reappearance could spell disaster for the world.
These leaders of the various factions had held such meetings several times before. They exchanged information and discussed in detail how to prepare for the next encounter with 666 (Trihexa).
In truth, these matters were not something that Tenraku should be involved in. However, as the only one who had confronted 666 (Trihexa) and dealt it a severe blow, Tenraku’s every suggestion would influence many aspects of the strategic layout.
The meeting lasted several hours, during which Tenraku made many suggestions regarding 666 (Trihexa). Each faction also outlined their plans for the upcoming actions.
The general consensus was to prepare for battle individually and to help each other if necessary. After all, a monster like 666 (Trihexa) couldn’t be fought by one person or one faction alone. If the factions didn’t establish good relationships with others now, they would regret it later when 666 (Trihexa) appeared in their territory.
As the meeting drew to a close, the leaders seemed satisfied with the outcome. Tenraku, however, frowned, feeling that they had overlooked something…
