“Aaaahhhhh… Aaaaahhh…”

Everyone stared in awe as the colossal creature slowly rose from the crater. Their hearts were filled with nothing but shock as they looked at the scene in front of their eyes.

It was a creature with a humanoid form, but more specifically, it resembled a primate with a forward-leaning posture, with four extremely muscular arms, and even more exaggerated, two massive legs.

His entire body was covered with scales as hard as iron and black fur, and these scales were as red as blood, with numerous red protrusions resembling horns adorning his gigantic body.

In addition, seven thick and long tails sprouted from its hindquarters, each with a different shape, resembling the tails of lions, dragons, and various other beasts.

This was the legendary Sovereign Beast 666 – Trihexa!

At that moment, everyone couldn’t help but recall a passage from the Holy Bible, the Book of Revelation:

“I saw a beast coming up out of the sea…”

“The beast had ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns were ten crowns, and on his heads were blasphemous names.

“The beast that I saw was like a leopard, with feet like those of a bear, and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave him power, a throne, and great authority.”

“One of the beast’s heads appeared to be mortally wounded, but the fatal wound was healed. The inhabitants of the earth were all amazed and followed the beast, giving their authority to the dragon.”

“Who can make war with the beast? Who can make war with him?”

The description of the sovereign beast in the book of Revelation was brief but incredibly apt for the current scene.

Even though they were separated by a considerable distance, the overwhelming aura was suffocating, causing their bodies to instinctively tremble. Their hearts were heavier than ever.

Just by looking at each other, they fully understood the insurmountable gap between them, just as the words in the Book of Revelation stated:

“Who can make war with the beast? Who can make war with him?”

Although it had no wings, 666 (Trihexa) could still fly. After its massive body rose from the crater, it slowly floated into the air.

With its four arms outstretched, its seven huge heads looked at the sky, and then-

“Hōūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūūū

“Aaaahhhhhh…”

Visible shockwaves swept across the entire floating island of Agreas, giving everyone a splitting headache. They struggled to stabilize themselves while desperately covering their ears.

Not only that, but these intense shockwaves also reached Kuoh City below. Although they were greatly weakened, many people were still shaken to the point of nosebleeds, and some even succumbed to sudden death due to their weakened physical condition!

“Hā Hā Hā Hā Hā!!!!”

“He is resurrected! He is finally resurrected!”

“The legendary Sovereign Beast, the one comparable to the Dragon God of Infinity, and the monstereous Great Red!”

“Let there be destruction! Let there be destruction! And then let this world become a paradise for us evil dragons!”

“HāHāHāHāHāHā!!!!”

Aži Dahāka and Apophis flew over 666 (Trihexa), both ferocious evil dragons laughing maniacally.

Even before his resurrection, 666 (Trihexa) had been implanted by Rizevim with commands to obey. Now that that idiot Rizevim was dead, they would finally benefit from it.

With the power of that monster, no one in this world could stop them!

“It’s… it’s terrifying…”

“What should we do? How can we stop such a monster?”

“This world will really be ruined…”

Faced with an absolute disparity, everyone on the team felt their spirits plummet to the bottom.

They had thought that defeating Rizevim would finally lead them to victory, but they had not expected to face an even more terrifying monster!

“Everyone, do not give up!”

“If even we retreat, who will protect the city below and our homes?”

“As long as we work together, even the legendary Sovereign Beast 666 – Trihexa can surely be defeated!”

Seeing that everyone was filled with fear and had lost their fighting spirit, Rias quickly stepped forward to boost their morale.

Rias’ approach wasn’t wrong; it was what a competent leader and king should do. Regardless of the disparity between the two sides, if they were to cower and retreat before even engaging in battle, it would only lead to certain defeats.

However…

“Give up, Rias. Even if everyone charges in, it’s useless. It will only result in senseless deaths.”

Tenraku’s voice cut through, leaving Rias in disbelief.

“Tenraku, why do you say that?” Rias couldn’t understand. In her memory, regardless of the enemy, Tenraku always faced them head-on, never showing any signs of fear before a fight.

“Rias, as hard as it sounds, Tenraku is telling the truth.”

“We’ve just experienced it; with our current strength, we can’t possibly face this monster.”

Azazel sighed in agreement. Despite their best efforts, the damage they inflicted on 666 (Trihexa) was minimal, and its formidable healing abilities rendered their attacks futile.

Such a rule-breaking monster had no place in this world. It was no wonder that even the man up there, God himself, had chosen to seal it away at the edge of existence, using endless time to slowly erode its existence.

“How could this happen… How could this happen…”

Pale-faced, Rias staggered and almost collapsed to the ground before Akeno and Sona quickly supported her.

“But there’s still hope,” Tenraku interjected, changing the tone of the conversation and causing everyone to look at him.

“Tenraku, do you have a plan?” Azazel asked with a glimmer of hope rising in him.

“It’s not so much a plan as it is a gamble.”

“In its heyday, we would undoubtedly be crushed by 666 (Trihexa), but now that it’s just been resurrected, it’s still weak. That gives us some hope.”

Tenraku spoke slowly, and Irina couldn’t help but exclaim, “Weak? This is weak? What do you mean?”

Tenraku replied. “Haven’t you noticed that 666 (Trihexa)’s aura has been getting stronger since he appeared? It’s constantly recovering and increasing its power, and the longer we wait, the worse it will be for us.”

Tenraku was not pleased with Irina’s reaction, and the others were surprised to realize the truth of his words. 666 (Trihexa) was steadily increasing its power!

“Tenraku, what are you planning to do?” Sona asked with a grave expression on her face.

“Allright, all of you will deal with Aži Dahāka, Apophis, and those impostor Red Dragons. Leave 666 (Trihexa) to me.

“I will unleash all my power, and even if we can’t defeat it while it’s weak, I will inflict severe damage to delay its recovery, buying us and the entire world some more time.”

Tenraku outlined his plan, but the reaction of those around him was mixed.

“Let Tenraku face 666 (Trihexa) alone? No, it’s too dangerous!”

“We should fight together!”

Tenraku surveyed the group and noticed that almost none of them agreed with his suggestion, even Azazel frowned.

“Tenraku, to what extent can you unleash your power?” Azazel pondered.

“At worst, I can reach a level comparable to that of Ophis and Lilith, albeit briefly.”

Tenraku’s answer shocked everyone, even Azazel.

At their current levels, Ophis and Lilith possessed powers many times greater than the Celestial Dragons such as Ddraig and Albion, even though they had only half the peak power of Ophis. For Tenraku to claim to have reached that level was astonishing!

“Don’t look at me like that. I said it’s a worst-case scenario, and I can only maintain that kind of power for a very short time.”

Seeing everyone’s skeptical looks, Tenraku sighed in exasperation.

“That’s quite exaggerated.”

“If that’s the case, it might just work!”

Taking a deep breath, Azazel couldn’t help but feel invigorated.

Though Ophis and Lilith possessed immense power, they were not warriors. Like their appearance, they resembled children with extraordinary strength. They didn’t know magic or swordsmanship; their fighting style typically involved simple gestures or cute, clumsy blows, much like children playing.

However, because of their overwhelming power, even their clumsy attacks were often unstoppable.

But this posed a problem: when they couldn’t overpower their opponents with sheer force and faced enemies whose power was comparable to or greater than their own, they were completely helpless!

Just like now, facing the resurrected Sovereign Beast 666 (Trihexa), Ophis and Lilith couldn’t hide their fear, their instincts warning them to stay away from such a dangerous enemy.

But Tenraku was different. While Ophis and Lilith could only use half of their 10,000 points of power, Tenraku could unleash 20,000 to 30,000 points of power with his 10,000 points of power! This was what excited Azazel.

If Tenraku could truly increase his power to the level of Ophis and Lilith, even if only for a short time, then they had hope of severely damaging or even defeating the newly resurrected and still weak 666 (Trihexa)!

“Then it’s decided. We’ll take care of the other enemies while Tenraku takes care of 666 (Trihexa)!”

Now was not the time to hesitate. Everyone understood that if they didn’t stop the consequences of 666 (Trihexa) now, Azazel would make the decision.

“No!!!” Rias’ voice broke through as she hugged Tenraku tightly.

Combining beauty, intelligence, and strength, the esteemed princess of the Gremory family had always kept her composure in any situation. But now, Rias was as panicked as an ordinary girl, tears welling up in her eyes. And it wasn’t just Rias; Akeno and Sona were equally distraught.

Though Tenraku seemed nonchalant, they knew the danger of forcibly increasing his power. Besides, he would be facing the legendary Sovereign Beast, an enemy comparable to Ophis and Great Red in their heyday. If anything should happen…

“Rias, I promise I’ll come back.”

Tenraku also hugged Rias and whispered in her ear. No further words were exchanged; the two simply held each other tightly. Still, Rias’ panic slowly subsided.

“If you don’t keep your promise, I won’t forgive you!”

Releasing Tenraku, Rias smiled through her tears. Then Tenraku gently wiped the tears from Rias’ face and looked at the other girls.

Although they had much to tell each other, now was not the time to linger. Every second wasted meant that 666 (Trihexa) would grow stronger!

“Ddraig, Albion, assist me!”

Tenraku ordered with a serious expression on his face.

“Understood, partner!”

With a reply, Ddraig and Albion transformed into two spheres of light and rushed into Tenraku’s body.

Then, under everyone’s gaze, Tenraku faced 666 (Trihexa) in the distance and slowly rose into the air.

The legendary Sovereign Beast 666 (Trihexa) represented the pinnacle of power in this world. Let him face it!

To be continued…
