EPHS-Chapter 532 It Doesn’t Like You

Previous ChapterNext Chapter

Within the confines of the Saints and Demons Hall…

“Tenraku Sama… Tenraku Sama…”

“Ahhhh!!!”

The room was awash with rosy waves, a pink mist lingering in the air as the melodious cries of the girls echoed throughout the area. Their fair, enticing bodies were faintly visible through the mist.

After what felt like an eternity, the fallen revelry finally came to an end, and the room returned to tranquility. The pink mist gradually dissipated into nothingness.

Breathing slightly heavily, Tenraku lay on the giant bed in the room, surrounded by the exhausted Semiria, O’Neil, and Maria.

“Semiria, are you all happy?” Lifting Semiria’s chin, Tenraku inquired.

“Y-yes, Tenraku Sama, we are very happy~…”

Looking up at Tenraku, Semiria replied dreamily.

With a slight smile on his face, Tenraku leaned down and once again captured the girl’s soft lips.

Semiria and the others, like Asia, were once famous nuns or saintesses. As another covert member of Tenraku’s Peerage, they worked outside to spread Belief for Tenraku and cultivate the devout.

Periodically, the girls would return to the Saints and Demons Hall to rest and report to Tenraku on their progress. And, of course, Tenraku would generously reward them for their hard work.

Hmm, just like before…

After caressing Semiria’s beautiful face and ensuring they rested well, Tenraku cleaned himself up and then dressed before leaving the room.

Taking advantage of the moment, Tenraku decided to deal with the matter of Walburga, the demoness.

After walking for a while in the Saints and Demons Hall, Tenraku soon arrived at another nearby room.

In the dimly lit room, Walburga was bound by cold chains. Upon hearing Tenraku’s entrance, Walburga lifted her head weakly.

“Red… Red Dragon Emperor.”

With a slight smirk, Tenraku approached Walburga.

“How have you been, Walburga, these past few days?”

Since being captured by Tenraku in the Underworld battle, Walburga had been held in the Saints and Demons Hall for several days. Naturally, Tenraku hadn’t forgotten about this demoness; he had simply decided to let her cool her heels for a few days and wear down her spirit. And, as far as results go, it seemed to be working.

“Not good at all!” Through gritted teeth, Walburga glared hatefully at Tenraku.

The cursed Red Dragon Emperor not only imprisoned her here but also denied her food, drink, and movement. For someone who enjoyed frolicking about, it was pure torment, every moment of her capture was an ordeal.

“Though I’m somewhat sorry, as you are my captive, you must look the part. I can’t very well pamper you, can I?” Tenraku chuckled as he spoke, while Walburga couldn’t help but roll her eyes.

He made a reasonable point, leaving her speechless.

“Let’s get down to business. First, I need the Longinus you possess.” Tenraku stated his demand with a serious expression on his face.

Walburga possessed the legendary Longinus, the “Chief Mourner’s Crucified Stand of Purple Flame – Incinerate Anthem.” Naturally, as someone who sought anything to enhance his power, Tenraku wouldn’t pass up the opportunity if it presented itself.

“Hmph, take it if you want.” With a disdainful snort, Walburga showed no surprise on her face. Ever since Tenraku captured her, she had known her Sacred Gear was as good as lost.

Though she felt incredibly reluctant, what could she do? She had become the Red Dragon Emperor’s captive; did she even have the right to refuse?

Right now, the Red Dragon Emperor was still talking to her nicely, but Walburga was certain that if she didn’t cooperate, this infuriatingly cold-hearted Red Dragon Emperor would teach her a lesson in no time!

So, rather than that, she might as well cooperate a bit and spare herself some suffering.

Somewhat unexpectedly, Walburga’s compliance pleased Tenraku. Though she was a cold-blooded demoness, she seemed quite adept at reading the situation.

“Let’s get started then.”

“The process of seizing a Sacred Gear can be a bit painful, so bear with me.”

With Walburga’s cooperation, Tenraku kindly reminded her before activating the ability of Sacred Gear Plunder, plunging his hand into Walburga’s chest.

At first, she didn’t pay much attention, but soon Walburga’s expression changed drastically.

Pain, excruciating pain!

“Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!”

Walburga screamed and struggled desperately, the chains restraining her rattling wildly.

Tenraku, however, was unfazed by such a situation. With a calm demeanor, he continued his actions, slowly extracting the Chief Mourner’s Crucified Stand of Purple Flame – Incinerate Anthem from within Walburga.

“Hā… Hā…”

“Red Dragon Emperor, do you want to kill me?!”

As the intense pain finally subsided, Walburga, her face pale, breathed heavily and glared angrily at Tenraku.

She had truly thought she was going to die just now. In all her life, she had never experienced such suffering!

“Didn’t I tell you it would be somewhat painful? I’ve been quite gentle, you know.”

Shrugging innocently, Tenraku injected a stream of Spirit Power into Walburga’s body, gradually restoring some color to her pale face.

Ignoring Walburga, Tenraku turned his gaze to the Sacred Gear in his hand.

What he extracted from Walburga’s body was a metal cross, about the size of a palm, enveloped in a layer of purple flames. It was indeed the legendary Longinus, the Chief Mourner’s Crucified Stand of Purple Flame – Incinerate Anthem!

Thinking about it, Tenraku had already obtained both True Longinus and the Holy Grail of the Secluded World – Sephiroth Graal. Now, with the addition of the Chief Mourner’s Crucified Stand of Purple Flame – Incinerate Anthem, he had collected all three of the legendary holy relics!

However, just as Tenraku was about to integrate the Chief Mourner’s Crucified Stand of Purple Flame – Incinerate Anthem into his body, the cross in his hand began to tremble incessantly, as if trying to fly away from him.

It actually wanted to escape!

“Hehehe…”

“Red Dragon Emperor, the Incinerate Anthem has its own consciousness. It will only choose its master. It seems it doesn’t like you very much.” Walburga’s voice was teasing and it carried with a hint of mockery.

“Hmph, if it falls into my hands, it will have no choice!” With a cold snort, Tenraku exerted more force.

How dare a mere Sacred Gear resist him! It was utterly presumptuous!

Despite its futile struggles, the Chief Mourner’s Crucified Stand of Purple Flame – Incinerate Anthem seemed to become enraged. Its flames suddenly erupted, and with a whoosh, they leaped onto Tenraku’s hand…
