EPHS-Chapter 464 We Are Family

In the early morning, Rias slowly opened her eyes.

“OhHāyo, Rias,” Tenraku’s voice echoed in her ears, and Rias lifted her head. Although that familiar face and those intimate moments had become commonplace, recalling the memories from last night still made Rias blush uncontrollably.

“Tenraku, last night, we… we…” Rias couldn’t bring herself to say the embarrassing words, but she knew Tenraku would understand what she meant.

“Rias, are you asking why the feelings were so intense last night?” Leaning close to the girl’s ear, Tenraku chuckled sinisterly.

“Well…” Her face already heating up, Rias was indeed very curious. The intensity was overwhelming, a pleasure she couldn’t resist.

“I mentioned before, didn’t I? I obtained a nice Sacred Gear from the Vampire side called [Five-senses Manipulation]. It can manipulate and influence the five senses of the human body – vision, smell, hearing, taste, and touch. Last night, I just adjusted the sensitivity of your body’s touch, resulting in that effect.” Tenraku explained, and Rias finally understood what had happened. However, an incredulous expression appeared on her beautiful face.

“You used Sacred Gear’s ability for… for that?!” In Rias’s eyes, only Tenraku, this evil man, would use Sacred Gear’s power for such a purpose. If the Sacred Gear’s god found out, he would probably be infuriated!

However, relative to Rias’s embarrassment and astonishment, Tenraku appeared indifferent. “In the end, Sacred Gear is just a tool and a weapon. Its existence is meant for people to use. Since its abilities can bring us immense joy, why not use them for such matters?”

“Tell me, Rias, do you still want to experience it?” Tenraku’s face approached Rias’s, his eyes filled with anticipation.

Blushing even more, Rias couldn’t meet Tenraku’s eyes directly. In situations like this, a young lady should definitely refuse the advances of this evil man. However, the desires in her heart and the yearnings in her body made Rias struggle endlessly.

Though reluctant to admit it, she still desired to experience that heavenly feeling once again. “I do…”

Almost exhausting all her courage, Rias’s reserve and reason were finally overcome by the desires of her body and soul. “As you wish, my princess!” With a radiant smile, Tenraku flipped over, pressing Rias beneath him.

Under the girl’s surprised exclamations, the wicked fallen scene unfolded in the room once again. Even Akeno, Asia, Xenovia, and Irina were awakened by the commotion, and, still half-asleep, they were drawn into the battlefield.

Endless, intense pleasure – despite knowing that they shouldn’t fall into such indulgence, the irresistible desire for more took over. When the few of them finally emerged from the room, it was already afternoon.

“Rias, you’ve fallen.” Sona, the [Queen], casually remarked while reviewing some documents with Shinra Tsubaki. Seeing Rias and Tenraku emerge, she spoke calmly.

Blushing deeply, Rias wished she could find a hole to hide in. Though she wanted to refute Sona, the statement was true. She had indeed fallen! It wasn’t just Rias; Xenovia, Irina, and the others were equally embarrassed. The only one acting as if nothing had happened was Tenraku, with his thick-skinned demeanor.

“Why are there only the two of you? Where did Yubelluna and the others go?” Noticing only Sona and Shinra Tsubaki at home, Tenraku couldn’t help asking.

“They went out shopping, also helping Valerie and Elmen buy some daily necessities,” Sona replied. Having missed both breakfast and lunch due to their fallen activities, Asia and Akeno entered the kitchen to prepare some dishes for everyone. Rias, wanting to escape the awkwardness, finally found an excuse to join them.

However, the esteemed princess of the Gremory family does have a knack for tasting dishes, making her suitable for the task. If she were to try her hand at cooking, it would surely be interesting.

Seated beside Sitri Sona and Shinra Tsubaki, Tenraku glanced at the documents they were perusing, showing a hint of surprise. “Sona, has your school been established?”

“Yes, it’s already built in the Agares territory.”

Thinking about the school she had dreamed of finally coming to fruition, Sitri Sona’s lips curved into a beautiful smile. “Isn’t it in the House of Sitri’s territory?”

“There were some incidents, and we ultimately decided to establish it in Agares.”

Seemingly recalling unpleasant events, the girl sighed slightly. After some explanation, Tenraku roughly understood the situation. Sitri Sona’s dream was to create a school for Rating Games that anyone, regardless of their social class, could attend.

However, she faced various obstacles and criticisms. Some politicians even speculated that Sitri Sona’s decision to build the school was influenced by her elder sister Serafall.

Although Serafall always supported Sitri Sona’s idea of establishing the school, it was solely due to the elder sister’s unconditional love for her younger sibling, unrelated to any other factors.

However, Serafall’s attitude had offended those among the higher-ups of the Underworld nobility who valued ancient bloodlines. In their eyes, this “Rating Game school open to everyone” was not an appealing concept.

Naturally, opposition and pressure ensued. If Serafall persisted, it might be considered “Leviathan’s political agenda.” To avoid causing trouble for her elder sister, Sitri Sona even contemplated giving up this whimsical dream. However, a turning point emerged.

Seekvaira Agares, the current family lord of the House of Agares and Seekvaira’s father, proposed that Sitri Sona’s school could be established in the Agares territory.

The Agares duke held high prestige in the Underworld, and placing the school in Agares made it difficult for those suspecting Serafall’s political motives to object. Thus, the school was established in the Agares territory.

“It seems we should thank Duke Agares this time. But in the future, Sona, you should discuss these matters with Rias and me,” Tenraku remarked, with a hint of reproach in his tone.

“Rias knows about these things and offered assistance, but I’ve already declined. If you and Rias get involved, it will only complicate matters and may bring unfavorable consequences to both the Gremory and Phenex families,” Sitri Sona explained.

“Sona, while I appreciate your concern for not wanting to trouble Rias and me, you’ve forgotten one thing,” Tenraku said firmly. “You are Rias’s best sister and friend, and you are my wedded. We are family, and your affairs are our affairs. Don’t feel the need to handle everything on your own just because you think it might trouble us.”

“I’ll let it go this time, but if it happens again, I’ll be angry.”

Staring into the girl’s eyes, Tenraku spoke with utmost sincerity. Ripples stirred in the previously calm atmosphere, and a gentle warmth flickered in the girl’s eyes.

“I understand.”

“In a month, during winter break, the school will hold an open visitation event. Tsubaki and I will be going there, and you all should come and help.”

“No problem!”
