“Tenraku Sama.” As Tenraku Sama walked out of the palace, Yubelluna and the other girls immediately greeted him.
“Red Dragon Emperor, have you discussed the terms with Queen?” Elmenhilde asked, waiting outside.
“Yes, it’s settled,” Tenraku replied in a good mood and nodded his head towards Elmenhilde.
“What reward did you propose to Queen, and she agreed?” Elmenhilde was curious, but Tenraku just smiled mysteriously.
“Hmm, it’s a secret.”
“Fine, I won’t ask. Come with me; I’ll take you to a side hall for some rest.”
With a light snort, Elmenhilde didn’t press further when Tenraku didn’t elaborate.
As time passed, evening arrived quickly.
Queen Carmilla, leading several Vampire elders like Lamyahilde and Anpusha, stood atop a tall building in the royal city. Below, in the square, Vampire Pawns were ready for battle.
Although Queen Carmilla had reached an agreement with Tenraku, they didn’t pin all their hopes on him. They were prepared for battle at any moment.

“It’s coming!”
Shouts echoed from afar. Someone yelled, and Queen Carmilla and all the Vampires focused their gaze in that direction. A massive, dark cloud was approaching, but it wasn’t a cloud— it was a horde of Evil Dragons!
They were roaring and looked terrifying even from afar and the sheer number sent shivers down their spines. Leading the pack was an excessively large Evil Dragon, resembling a mountain from a distance.
“Enemy attack! Be ready, everyone!”
“Where’s the Red Dragon Emperor? Wasn’t he supposed to help us against the Evil Dragons? Why hasn’t he shown up?”
“Hmph, we never expected anything from him. He claimed that he and his Peerage could eliminate all the Evil Dragons on their own. Now, he must be fleeing in the face of danger!”
Seeing Tenraku still absent, a few Vampire elders couldn’t help but sneer and mock.
However, at that moment,

Tenraku’s voice echoed, and he emerged with Elmenhilde, Yubelluna, and the other girls.

Activating Hermes’ Boots, Tenraku unfurled two pairs of golden divine wings under his feet and soared into the sky.
“Everyone, fight alongside our master!” Yubelluna and the other girls also took to the air, and Gasper nodded to Valerie before transforming into a swarm of bats to follow.
“Red Dragon Emperor, we’re counting on you…”
Watching Tenraku and his companions flying into the sky, Elmenhilde silently prayed. However, Queen Carmilla and the other Vampire elders wore cold smiles.
Trying to face tens of thousands of Evil Dragons, especially with that terrifying humanoid Evil Dragon leading them, seemed like a madman’s folly to anyone.
