As the battle between Raditz and Talot came to an end, without any suspense, Raditz once again suffered a crushing defeat at Talot’s hands.
For Raditz, such a result was nothing new. He had grown so accustomed to losing that it no longer fazed him. Neither Salari nor Tights showed the slightest surprise either.
If there ever came a day when Raditz managed to defeat Talot, that would be the real shocker.
Raditz had long accepted failure. He didn’t have a mental breakdown because of losing.
After all, the difference in their strength was so vast that he fully understood there was no way for him to gain an advantage over Talot.
For Talot, their fights were nothing more than a play fight, a way to warm up.
If Raditz hadn’t been so insistent, Talot wouldn’t even have agreed to spar with him.
After the fight, the two returned to the lakeside where Salari and Tights were waiting.
They had already prepared food, and the four of them enjoyed lunch together, chatting and laughing as they ate.
For the past two months, living on this planet had felt like a vacation. At least here, there were no schemes or betrayals, no sinister plots to deal with.
Long after lunchtime passed, Raditz, fully recovered, now challenged Salari to a spar. Tights, speechless, left to focus on her writing.
Recently, she had been struggling with writer’s block. Certain parts of her plot weren’t coming together the way she wanted, and she was doing her best to adjust them.
Meanwhile, Talot began his own training.
Over the years, his strength had steadily increased. Though his power level has only reached 190,000 so far, Talot believes he has put in considerable effort to achieve such strength at his age.
Moreover, he never resorted to the Saiyan cheat code of massive power boosts through near-fatal injuries.
Nor did he further unlock his potential in one fell swoop to push past his limits.
Of course, if he wanted to, he was confident he could double his strength in one go.
After accumulating power for so many years, Talot believed his potential, once unleashed, would be nothing short of terrifying.
That said, Talot had no intention of relying on such methods—at least not yet.
In fact, he hadn’t even bothered with gravity training these days.
Over the years, the three of them had gradually adapted to 100 times gravity. In fact, both Raditz and Salari had already begun training under 150 times gravity.

Throughout the entire process, Talot was extremely cautious, pouring all of his energy into it.
When all his energy had finally converged at the center of his spine…
“Haahhhhhhh!!!!” A deep roar erupted from Talot’s mouth.
The power he had accumulated instantly exploded outward.
BOOM!
A violent aura surged out with Talot as the center, and an overwhelmingly heavy pressure descended upon the land.
The aura continued to rapidly increase, causing the commotion to grow more intense by the moment.
This situation caught the attention of Raditz and Salari, who were sparring in the distance, causing them to focus their gaze in Talot’s direction.
They weren’t entirely sure what Talot was attempting, but similar outbursts had occurred several times recently.
“Again? What is Talot up to?” Raditz muttered under his breath.
Salari, however, had a more serious expression. “Brother Talot must have some kind of plan. If he’s not saying anything, there’s no point in us asking.”
With that, the two ceased their sparring.
If they had known Talot was trying to break through to Super Saiyan, they would have been utterly stunned.
The legend of the Super Saiyan was familiar to every Saiyan, yet none of them truly believed they could attain it themselves.

At this moment, Talot’s aura had surged to its peak.
In previous attempts, his aura would have dissipated upon reaching this point.
But this time was different. Within the searing, snow-white aura, faint streaks of golden light began to emerge.
This was the prelude to a breakthrough!
Energized by the development, Talot’s eyes lit up with excitement. He pushed himself further, forcing an even greater output of energy.
The golden glow grew brighter and more concentrated. It seemed like the breakthrough was within reach. Just one more step, and he could transform into a Super Saiyan.
However, this state only lasted for a few seconds. The golden light flickered and faded, as if drained of power. Talot’s once-climbing aura plummeted abruptly like a cliff.
“Failed again, huh? Still, this time the sensation was even clearer than before,” Talot murmured to himself as he reined in his aura.
Though the repeated failures brought a tinge of disappointment, the steady progress with each attempt gave him motivation to keep pushing forward.
Isn’t the path of training and the process of improving one’s strength built upon such gradual accumulation?
Time trickled by, and before he realized it, half an hour had passed.
After careful reflection, Talot absorbed the lessons from this experience.

Beep, beep, beep!
The scouter emitted a rapid series of alert tones, drawing Talot’s attention. He raised his hand and pressed the button to answer.
“Talot, you need to come back immediately. We’ve just intercepted another critical piece of intel on the Frieza Force. They’re planning another big move,” Tights’ voice came through the scouter.
The news made Talot pause for a moment.
Just two months ago, they had thwarted one of the Frieza Force’s major plans. And now, they are moving again. The Frieza Force really never rests, do they?
“Understood. I’ll head back now.”
After a brief reply, Talot took a deep breath. He controlled his aura to a certain level, and then immediately activated the flight technique, heading straight toward the spaceship’s location.
